My review of Juan Carlos and Quality Roofing is from a roof job he did on my house in February 2019. He is honest and his price was the lowest. His price was 3,000 less and the work completed was awesome. His crew finished my house in 1.5 days and fixed the leak with a brand new roof. He is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the procedures and necessary permits required. The finished product was awesome! The only small issue I had was that I ended up paying slightly more than stated because of something that was overlooked during the inspection of the roof, but even with that small bump in the road, his quality of workmanship and low pricing can't be beat. Thanks Juan Carlos and crew for a great roof!

I called his number, last week, but the mailbox was full and I couldn't leave a message. He called me back shortly, thereafter. I told him I was scheduling bids to have a full roof replacement. He asked me where I live (the city). I told him. I asked if he would be available on Wednesday, 9/30 at 1:00.He said he was. I provided my name and address. He never showed up and he never called.

Juan and his crew did an excellent job on my mother's roof! We needed to replace a 50 y.o. (!) shake roof in order to renew the homeowner's insurance and a lot was resting on getting the roofing project done. Juan's crew was timely, smooth, efficient and professional. It took a total of five days to complete the project; they moved swiftly and worked hard! They also did an excellent job cleaning up around the house when the project was done.

Had over 9 quotes for my roof replacement, when your spending some big bucks it can get you nervous. Not only was Quality Roofing the least expensive, the work was stellar. If I could give 10 stars I would. I am very picky, normally hardly review anyone since most work out there is shoddy, if it is not at least 4 stars I will not waste my time writing a review. If you want someone honest, courteous and very professional that does wicked high end quality work save yourself a lot of time and let Juan and his team take care of you. Awesome!!!!!

Juan is a stand up guy. Came out on short notice on my request to bid on a small repair job prior to the rains. He advised me that while he could do an involved repair with significant stucco work, there were steps I could take on my own that would be nearly as effective and less costly. I took his advice, and things worked out as he said.

Very honest, will definitely get any roofing work I can give him in the future.

Have a small 3 bedroom older built rental house in San Jose in need of re-roofing before the start of the winter rains really hitting in December.
Was riding my bike, and saw a crew working on a house around the corner from mine. Stopped because of the professional trucks, and equipment. Asked them for a card, but just got their number off of the trucks door Ad. Was able to arrange a meeting between Juan the owner, and my parents to go see the rental unit. By the next day we had a contract, and start date with Quality Roofing on Dec. 5th.
Suffice it to say not only did they finish in time before the start of the heavy rainy season, but even our tenant commented to me how impressed he was with the speed, and quality of work they did in about 2-3 days.
I would highly recommend Quality Roofing to anyone using yelp as a reference starting point. I used Home Adviser, and it was such a waste of time, too expensive, could not find a company to do a small house, and difficult to use due to all the navigating you have to do.
I found Juan to be extremely fair priced, professionally equipped, very accommodating, a cool guy with a very hard working seasoned professional crew. Hard to find that now a days.

Juan is pleasant and professional. He explained the cause of the roof leak and the steps he was going to do to repair it. We agreed on a price and date for him to do the repairs. He did it a day early and I'm very happy with the results. I will recommend him to my neighbors who need their roof worked on.

Juan was referred to us by my aunt, who was extremely happy with his work. We had already gotten quotes from two other companies, and I just didn't feel comfortable. Something was off. Also, the two bids I had gotten were vastly different. One very high, and the other so low, it worried me. Mainly, I just didn't have that sense of trust. This is so much money to spend, that you can't afford to make a mistake. When Juan came over and gave us the bid, it was closer to the less expensive quote, but I felt an instant trust with him. He was patient with us while we waited for just the right time to do it. He would text me periodically to check in. Nothing aggressive like the other two I had spoken with. We finally completed the roof, and couldn't be happier. His employees on the job were also so conscientious. And, when the job was done, our yard looked cleaner than before they started. I just can't speak highly enough about Juan and his company, Quality Roofing.

They scheduled us and showed up on time each day, and finished on schedule without interruption. Juan is knowledgeable about general construction and was helpful in resolving the unique issues of our roof. His bid was competitive, and the quality of work was very good.
