Great experience and amazing communication. I had ZERO knowledge on anything about roofing and this team made me feel like the expert! Great pricing as they saved me a lot of money compared to other bids I received from other companies. They used the same exact material as the other bids I received yet this was cheaper! We just had our roof replaced (95130 zip) with Quality Roofing. Juan was responsive on text, arrived when he said he would, and did a great job with our roof. We had two Sun Tunnels installed at the same time and Juan did these himself.
We're super happy with the results! Roof was completed right before these storms came through, and he was very good about meeting our timeline.

Juan and his team are the best. They replaced my old roof in a matter of days and installed quality gutter guards as well. This is the third time I have used his company and I would never trust any other. Six years ago he repaired my roof and told me I still had a few more years before replacement. Three years ago I had him replace the roof on our ADU and it was done in a timely manner. This year I called him up to replace my main roof before I install solar & he came with his team and did a beautiful job.

Juan helped me replaced my old wood shake roof, and I'm very impressed. Not only he is very knowledgeable , more importantly, he is responsive, easy to communicate and trustworthy. He/his team is always ahead of the timeline. Also the materials he uses are high quality stuff - you can tell from small things: the thickness of gutter, gutter screen, chimney cap, etc. and with the Solaris shingle and radiant barrier OSB, it really cools down the old home a lot. This review is for work Juan and his team performed in November 2019. I was looking for a competitive bid to fix a first floor leaking roof. Juan was easy to work with scheduling and he was punctual, knowledgeable and fair priced. He was easy to contact using texts back then. He assessed the job himself by climbing onto the roof. His two man team that did the actual work were also easy to work with. They did additional work on the spot that I requested without hesitation. I had them come back and do additional maintenance work for the rest of the roof and was also competitive priced. I would recommend Juan without hesitation.

My review of Juan Carlos and Quality Roofing is from a roof job he did on my house in February 2019. He is honest and his price was the lowest. His price was 3,000 less and the work completed was awesome. His crew finished my house in 1.5 days and fixed the leak with a brand new roof. He is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the procedures and necessary permits required. The finished product was awesome! The only small issue I had was that I ended up paying slightly more than stated because of something that was overlooked during the inspection of the roof, but even with that small bump in the road, his quality of workmanship and low pricing can't be beat. Thanks Juan Carlos and crew for a great roof!

I called his number, last week, but the mailbox was full and I couldn't leave a message. He called me back shortly, thereafter. I told him I was scheduling bids to have a full roof replacement. He asked me where I live (the city). I told him. I asked if he would be available on Wednesday, 9/30 at 1:00.He said he was. I provided my name and address. He never showed up and he never called.

Juan and his crew did an excellent job on my mother's roof! We needed to replace a 50 y.o. (!) shake roof in order to renew the homeowner's insurance and a lot was resting on getting the roofing project done. Juan's crew was timely, smooth, efficient and professional. It took a total of five days to complete the project; they moved swiftly and worked hard! They also did an excellent job cleaning up around the house when the project was done.
