Exceeded all expectations. We had a very old roof with cement tile that needed to be 100% replaced with Spanish clay. After 3 estimates, Quality Roofing came in the most competitive. That being said, their craftsmanship and professionalism was outstanding. Mary Trujillo at Quality Roofing was very sweet and always kept me updated. Several neighbors commented on how professional they were. In addition, they worked around the rainy season and kept our home dry. Highly recommended!

We recently needed to get our roof replaced and decided to go with Quality Roofing because they were very responsive, polite, and had the best pricing in town. We were very happy with our decision - they were punctual, very respectful and professional, completed the job very quickly, and left the area spotless. They also redid the vents and refinished the chimney flashing. We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a new roof!

Quality Roofing does it again! They did a great job installing some Dormer vents and O'Hagin vents on our garage and home. They also installed the roof on our home back in 2014. We had a last minute addition and made these changes really last minute (night before) and the were there on Wednesday morning ready to go! Event though we don't have attic fans installed yet, the vents have definitely improved the inside temperature. BTW...Mary is a gem and so wonderful to work with!

We recently had Quality Roofing replace our roof and repair a lot of dry rot & termite damage. They were really fantastic! They said it could take from 4-6 days but the work was actually completed in 3 1/2 days. They crew were hard workers and very professional. I never saw anyone sitting around wasting time. The owners were constantly checking to make sure everything was being done right, and consequently the roof and eaves turned out beautifully! We now have a roof that we can be truly proud of. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are all wonderful from the workers, to Eddie and Robert and Mary who works in the office. They are also very competitively priced which is a real plus. Use these guys!

Thank you, thank you to Mary Trujillo. In the office at Quality Roofing, she made all the difference in this experience with roofers. I was so gun shy after three other separate experiences with roofers in this town over the last 35 years that I was a nervous nelly. Here in the middle of an El Niño my insurance company demanded I re-roof or lose my Home Owners; having no choice in the matter, and with a good deal of difficulty even getting bids from contractors in late summer, I finally settled on Quality. They were neither the cheapest nor definitely not the most expensive but Quality had what no others had and her name is Mary Trujillo.

I must sing Mary's praises over and over again! She held my hand through the weather forecasts reassuring me that Robert was very attentive to the forecasts and wouldn't leave my roof open as happened during my first roofing experience 35 years ago. When I had add-ons or changes, if she didn't know the answers, she would always get back to me promptly with answers to my many questions about ridge vents, skylights, color choices, etc. She made all the difference and kudos to Robert for finding such a gem of an employee!

Then let's not forget the crews that did the work! They had the same efficient and friendly demeanor that Mary has. They were always here punctually, and in this case with an ominous weather forecast, were here with extra crew to get the roof torn off and then another crew to do repairs, plywood and diamond deck the plywood against what turned out to be more hype than moisture, but they didn't take any chances and prepared the roof to be water tight. I was so grateful for that extra effort. Plus they always cleaned up at the end of each day.

So to Robert Lopez and his brother Eddie Lopez, who was job supervisor, the entire crew, and of course Mary, thank you, thank you! I am so pleased with every aspect of my encounter with you! I love my new roof!

We cannot recommend Quality Roofing more! Being newly moved to Santa Barbara into a 60 year old house that had an old shake roof and extensive termite and dry rot damage, we quickly learned that there are unscrupulous businesses in the area. We were limited by our HOA on the type of roof we could install. We got 4 bids from local roofers for the exact same roof and damage repairs. Two of the so-called ""best"" roofers in town wanted to charge us THREE TIMES more than the 2 other bids. We decided to hire Quality after talking to Robert. He was courteous, did not try to rip us off and even offered to cover some of the dry rot repairs if we hired him. We were not disappointed. The workers showed up on time, cleaned up every day, and the job was finished on time. It's been 2 years and we have not had one, single problem. You will not be disappointed hiring Robert and Quality Roofing!
