I had the pleasure to meet Guillermo yesterday and got the quote and because of the 4 days expected of rain he can't open the roof but he went out his way to help, he put a temporarily tarp down so I don't get further damage . Quality Roofing exceeded my expectations. The work was thorough and very detail oriented. I had about 20 different broken tiles, the mortar caps were deteriorated, the chimney pan needed new sealant and a fresh coat of paint. Not only was everything repaired everything, they were able to find and purchase matching tile, new mortar, sealed all the pipe vents, the chimney pan and painted all the flashings to match the rest of the existing roof.
