This review (September 2012) matters because an employee from this company knocked on my door twice to use my driveway to make his job easier but I was not the client and he knocked earlier than the law allows someone to knock on your door. Word of advise, don't knock on people's door unless they are your client.

This company is terribly unprofessional. I had to endure them working on a house next door and they did not care about how much they disturb anyone. At 7:45am I had a crew member knock on my door to see if he could use my driveway to make his job easier. I am not the one getting the new roof but he thought it was professional to wake my household up to make his job easier. When I told him he could not use the driveway until my baby was awake, he seemed to get upset and make even more noise. I did call the company to find out when they were going to be done and was told they would be done the day that I called to complain. Rich did apologize for the behavior of this crew member as he should not have been knocking on my door. Much to my surprise, a week later, they came back to make more noise in the early morning with a circular saw. This goes against what Rich said about the crew considering me having a baby's room so close to their work site. When I called this morning to find out when they were really going to be done, Rich first denied he had anyone out there to finish the job, then he said he would call the owner of the house and stop the project because I called to complain. He then hung up on me. When I did call back, of course, he did not have the dignity to answer the phone.

We had gotten 3 bids , decided to go with Quality roofing , they did a great job ! They were very efficient , were very good about cleaning up and being careful around our plants , we love our new roof !!

Let me start by saying we had a leak in our roof and we called Quality Roofing. They came out same day within two hours of the time we called. They repaired our roof and scheduled to come back for an estimate to replace our roof along with all woodwork that needed to be done. We received three bids and they were all pretty close but the attentiveness and the attention to detail that Steve spent explaining and showing us samples was very much appreciated. It really made his company stand out from the others. All of the employees were very professional, on time and efficient. They were very clean and made sure they did not leave anything behind. All of the services offered between our roof, insulation and gutters was all coordinated through Steve. It was a big help instead of us coordinating the other contractors. Any time we had questions, Steve responded quickly and explained everything thoroughly. We felt very comfortable with Steve and all of his employees. We would highly recommend Quality Roofing to anyone in the area looking for a roof. Thanks again to Quality Roofing for a job well done!!!

This company is no joke. I've lived through 4 to 5 roof tear downs, replacements. Different houses. This is by far, and I mean by far, the cleanest roofing company I've ever seen. Not to mention, they are quick and out before you even know it. Great workers, and easy to deal with management. 5 stars is my vote

My roof was installed in early June. The quality of the work seems good, as far as I can tell from my layman's perspective, but I'm very disappointed with the poor communication with Quality Roofing's Steve Hubbard; the lack of adequate clean-up; and a broken promise which has yet to be resolved. First: I was promised that all my plants would be covered while the roofers were working, especially during the take-down when three layers of roofing were removed. This didn't happen, no one ever covered up my landscaping with plastic sheeting, and three and a half months later I'm still finding nails and chunks and shards of roofing material in my plants. Second: The take-down crew arrived three hours late on the first day and continued to work until 9 p.m., which was very disruptive for me and for my neighbors. By the time they left, it was too dark to do sufficient clean-up and there was dust and grime everywhere. Third: from the beginning, Steve was very slow in responding to e-mails and phone calls and didn't contact me to confirm the color of roofing until three days before the project began. When I tried to contact him, he wasn't available. Fourth: I was promised that an old furnace duct on the side of my house would be removed. Even though this was not part of the contract, it was a verbal promise and Steve said repeatedly that he would honor it. Three and a half months later, the duct is still there. I paid $15,000 for this job (including $1200 for new attic insulation), and I paid promptly and in full. Apparently, courtesy and good faith are one-way streets with Quality Roofing.

We had some minor roof damage due to a recent rain/wind storm. Robert (the owner) came out immediately, made the necessary repairs and at a very reasonable charge considering it was such a small job. We were very pleased and will certainly use Quality Roofing again for any future work.

In my opinion Quality Roofing is the benchmark on how things should be done.
They were professional/considerate and caring all the way through from meeting with me to explain the process (I'd never had to do this on my own before), to making sure that at the end of each day everything was cleaned up around the outside of the house. If I had a question Steve (Hubbard) returned my calls promptly as well as being on sight for inspections , and even added a few more finishing touches without charge. Steve and his crew are the Best! What an absolutely flawless experience working with this company! Steve estimated it and delivered it! We actually received a few extras at no additional charge...the roofers were diligent and extremely conscientious...not one of the old removed shingles ended up in the yard or the pool. The old roof was off and the new roof was on without one single glitch...these men know what they are doing...and the end result is stellar!!! Even Steve's color recommendation was perfect...and the finished product is getting many accommodations. We are delighted and can't speak highly enough about Quality Roofing....Thank you again Steve!!!!! I knew from the initial meeting that going with Quality was the absolute best direction!

I worked with both Steve and Rob. Steve was incredibly responsive and had a proposal to me quickly and Rob was very professional on the job. I appreciated seeing him on site to check on how the job was going and checking in on us to see if we had questions.

Their crew were incredibly polite, on time and clean! If is wasn't for all the noise, we barely would have known they were there. They had the job complete on time and the roof looks great!

We also knew we were going to have some additional costs for dry rot, being that our roof was so old and I was pleasantly surprised to see all the work was done at cost for the additions.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with our choice!
