We are very pleased with the service we got from Quality Roofing from the owner, Robert, coming to give us an estimate & answering all our questions and afterwards thanking us for our business to working with Steve on the phone answering more questions and keeping us informed of time and dates. We love our new roof - no more leaks. We got 3 bids for replacement and Quality Roofing was the middle one. I'm glad we picked them. At the end of each day the crew cleaned up around the house and on the last day left the site cleaner than when they started. The dry rot repair is first rate. Another crew came about a week later and put up new gutters in only 2 hrs. including moving one of the downspouts.

Steve and company did an outstanding job on our roof. From start to finish the professionalism of the whole crew was stellar!

My experience with Steve and his team was great. Starting off with a tricky driveway they managed to get all their equipment up to the house without a problem. They did a quick tear down of the old roof and before you knew it the team was there putting on the new one! Team was very nice and professional. During the job we had them update our insulation in the attic which ended up being a breeze. Later a group came out and put up our new gutters too which turned out great. They also did a small side roof over our sauna and threw in some dry rot work with some new framing and plywood around the top of the sauna to better stabilize and secure everything. Over the 4 to 5 day project Steve was frequently on-site to make sure everything was going according to plan and I had ample opportunity to talk things over with him as he made sure everything was going to my satisfaction.

Our experience with Steve and his crew could not have been better. We had an old roof torn off and replaced along with insulation and gutters. Everyone that came to the house to work was extremely professional, very neat, and left everything in perfect condition when their piece of the job was complete. Steve coordinated everything seamlessly. End result is fantastic could not be happier with our new roof! Thank you for making this such a great experience.

This company did a second roof for us and is top quality. Steve or Richard Hubbard have a great company and the workers are top notch. The property is cleaned up each day and the property was spotless at job completion. Our roof is gorgeous...
A follow up: We had a squirrel come down our chimney which took some doing to get the critter back outdoors. I emailed Steve Hubbard with a request for a screen on our chimney to prevent another visit from the squirrel. He sent a workman right out to take care of the problem. Great service. Thank you...

Here is an Update to my first review. First let me say that I increased the rating because I realized that I was reviewing Mr. Hubbard and not the business. If you look at the reviews, most of them are quite good. In addition, they were recommended by Mortensen Roofing, a company I have dealt with before but who couldn't help me before October. Mr. Mortensen would not have sent me to these people if they were not reputable.
Mr. Hubbard has left two very length voice mails on my answering machine pressuring me to remove my review. First he apologizes profusely and in the next sentence attempts to justify himself, saying he does not think they deserve the review.
He stated how his company was trying to clean up their online image and how reviews like mine really hurt them. He said he was responsible for the livelihoods of not only himself but his workers and their families and for that reason he tries to screen out unpromising prospects before doing quotes because giving quotes is very expensive for the company.
While I am not unsympathetic, as the consumer none of this is my problem. Giving estimates, like advertising, is part of doing business and the cost is the cost of doing business. This is your first contact with your customer and will likely determine how things go henceforth. You need to make nice. Complaining about the cost of giving a quote makes you sound desperate, unprosperous and like your company is floundering. If they really are a poor prospect then wait for them to say something that disqualifies them, like accepting payment thru escrow, and then kindly say, ""Ms. Sharon, I am so sorry but my company doesn't accept payment thru escrow"" instead of shouting, ""No. No escrow!"" And lastly, try not to take calls while you are walking to a meeting for which you are already 15 minutes late. You can not possibly give your prospective customer the attention they deserve under those circumstances.
Mr. Hubbard said he was not a bad person and that he didn't understand how I could have been so offended because that was never his intent. Maybe it was something he said ;)

This review (September 2012) matters because an employee from this company knocked on my door twice to use my driveway to make his job easier but I was not the client and he knocked earlier than the law allows someone to knock on your door. Word of advise, don't knock on people's door unless they are your client.
This company is terribly unprofessional. I had to endure them working on a house next door and they did not care about how much they disturb anyone. At 7:45am I had a crew member knock on my door to see if he could use my driveway to make his job easier. I am not the one getting the new roof but he thought it was professional to wake my household up to make his job easier. When I told him he could not use the driveway until my baby was awake, he seemed to get upset and make even more noise. I did call the company to find out when they were going to be done and was told they would be done the day that I called to complain. Rich did apologize for the behavior of this crew member as he should not have been knocking on my door. Much to my surprise, a week later, they came back to make more noise in the early morning with a circular saw. This goes against what Rich said about the crew considering me having a baby's room so close to their work site. When I called this morning to find out when they were really going to be done, Rich first denied he had anyone out there to finish the job, then he said he would call the owner of the house and stop the project because I called to complain. He then hung up on me. When I did call back, of course, he did not have the dignity to answer the phone.

We had gotten 3 bids , decided to go with Quality roofing , they did a great job ! They were very efficient , were very good about cleaning up and being careful around our plants , we love our new roof !!

Let me start by saying we had a leak in our roof and we called Quality Roofing. They came out same day within two hours of the time we called. They repaired our roof and scheduled to come back for an estimate to replace our roof along with all woodwork that needed to be done. We received three bids and they were all pretty close but the attentiveness and the attention to detail that Steve spent explaining and showing us samples was very much appreciated. It really made his company stand out from the others. All of the employees were very professional, on time and efficient. They were very clean and made sure they did not leave anything behind. All of the services offered between our roof, insulation and gutters was all coordinated through Steve. It was a big help instead of us coordinating the other contractors. Any time we had questions, Steve responded quickly and explained everything thoroughly. We felt very comfortable with Steve and all of his employees. We would highly recommend Quality Roofing to anyone in the area looking for a roof. Thanks again to Quality Roofing for a job well done!!!

This company is no joke. I've lived through 4 to 5 roof tear downs, replacements. Different houses. This is by far, and I mean by far, the cleanest roofing company I've ever seen. Not to mention, they are quick and out before you even know it. Great workers, and easy to deal with management. 5 stars is my vote
