I got in contact with Isaac regarding a roof leak that was long overdue for a fix. He arrived within an hour of my inquiry (which was a big deal for me), and after assessing the damage, it was obvious that the whole section needed to be replaced. I usually feel uncomfortable with high-cost jobs, but Isaac gave me a very fair deal and then emailed me a detailed contract proposal, which clearly outlined all the work to be done step by step, along with a transparent price and warranty.

A few days later, Isaac and his team came to fix the roof. They replaced everything from top to bottom and even fixed a bit of the structure that had initially caused the leak, all in less than a couple of hours using only high-quality materials. They were also very tidy, making and leaving close to no trash during the job. Isaac was patient and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly. He's a friendly guy who genuinely wants to help.
