Where do I begin? It all started in late September when I contacted Ralph Valenciano with Quality Roofing. Ralph was initially very responsive and seemed genuine and trustworthy. This is very important to me and our company, as we are not local to the property we needed his assistance with.

We approved his estimate to replace the roof on October 1st, which was eventually finished, in roughly 55 days. On October 8th, while waiting for the roof to be replaced, I asked if he knew of a good company that could assist with minor remediation work. Ralph said they handle a lot of repair/mitigation work and would be happy to help us with that portion as well. I was thrilled. We approved his estimate on October 16th, and this minor remediation job is STILL not complete. What should have taken 1-2 weeks at the most, I am here writing this 5 months later. I can't believe I let this go on as long as I have, and I'm embarrassed to admit it, but he kept assuring me it would be wrapped up soon. I was told THREE times he had passing air sample results from testing he had completed, and each time he claimed to have the report, he never sent it to me. It was either the testing company's fault for the delay in getting it to me, the report was on a laptop in a different city (four hours away), or he was on vacation and about to get on a flight so he couldn't email it, it was ALWAYS something.

I finally reached out to a reputable remediation company that said he could complete the remediation work in a couple of days and would have results for me just a few days after that. I have lost a ton of time and money over this minor job because of Ralph Valenciano's dishonesty. Do yourself a favor and do a quick Google search before deciding to go down this road. I wish I did.

After a severe windy storm, tree branches went through my roof. I called the next morning and Ralph was out in a few hours to get an estimate together. He was able to get a crew same day to get it fixed and even helped put me in touch with an electrician to fix the weatherhead damage. Great company with quality work!

I had an issue with a gutter overflowing along my siding. Ralph was responsive to my quote, came on time, identified the issue, and reset my gutter slope on budget. I'm also planning to work with him on a roofing job. I recommend his services.

Quality roofing was a great experience throughout the entire process. I like the fact the correct repair to my roof leak was explained and I was shown what had caused the leak. I'm very pleased with the professional service and the end result. I will most definitely let neighbors know who to contact if they have any roofing issues.

The owner Ralph came and did the siding repair himself. He did a great job and went beyond the repairs I requested to ensure I did not have water damage in other areas of the house. He did all of that and was still cheaper than the other quotes that were only charging for the original job. I was also provided additional information about future projections and I will definitely come back to Ralph when the time comes for those projects to be completed.

These guys installed a privacy fence for me. The quality was fantastic. The job was done very quickly and professionally. Always prompt and very courteous. All work was completed and job site cleaned up. I highly recommend this company.
