I had my roof done with quality masters 7 years ago. I placed a call in recently and tried to get ahold of Aaron for some service. I was sent to voicemail. I left a message but never received a cal back. I had problems at the initial service with leaks and unfinished work. The warranty was for ten years but 7 years in I can not get ahold of Arron to make good on quality masters service. I do not recommend.

We got our roof redone by Quality Masters Roofing and Exteriors located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. While the workers that did the project were nice, we had trouble with the quality of the product. Initially, the wrong shingles were put on our roof. When we told the company that they were the wrong color they recognized it was a mistake and redid the portion of the roof they completed. We realize mistakes happen and gratefully accepted the completion of the work. However, at the end of 2021( December 2021) we realized our roof was leaking. Our roof is under a 5-year warranty so we decided to call the company and see if they could inspect, possibly repair the leak and determine if it was covered under the warranty. Unfortunately, my husband and I have tried calling the company at the listed number on the company website many, many times and are always referred to a voicemail of their bookkeeper, Karen, who never returns our calls. None of the office employees will give us the contact information for the owner, Aaron Anders. All we were given is an email with no luck of response. I finally got a number to Aaron which I called. I was met by his voicemail (voicemail indicated that it was him). I have yet to receive a callback. Now, when I call the same number I am told it is the wrong number.
In addition to calling, I have left email messages and tried calling the other numbers listed on the website for the other branches located in Texas and Colorado. They all appear to be disconnected.

I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The fact that the owner will never return our calls after repeated attempts is poor business practice. The owner does not want to address the issue. What a shame!

Great sales pitch. Great product. But the employees have a problem with showing up when they say they will and did not finish the touch-up work.

Quality Masters Roofing and Exteriors are highly recommended. When you have a roof leak call them first. David had several jobs/ inspections already scheduled when I called. He continued to pursue a contractor to come out to inspect and repair my leak. He had Ulyssis Ochoa Quailty Masters Roofing and Exteriors El Paso to contact me. Bear in mind I had already had several Roofing Companies to come out to inspect my roof and give me a quote. Since I needed a ""roof repair vs complete roof reseal"" The price point was all over the place. Ulyssis Ochoa 915 352 3435 was the only contractor to take the time to explain and teach me what the process was, what needed to be done and tell me exactly what he was going to do. There were several sealant products Ulyssis offered, he listed the product warranties. Ulyssis Ochoa gave me a 1 year warranty on his repair work. This is key for me. Roof repair is an investment price point. Neither one of the other roof companies would give me a warranty on the sealant product they would use or on their work. Quality Masters Rooofing and Exteriors are very professional.

After a hailstorm in 2016 Aaron Anders conducted an inspection of our roof and identified the damage. As a former insurance adjuster, he is well qualified to recognize a legitimate insurance claim. He contacted our insurance company and handled the entire claim personally. We paid no money up front. We discussed different options for a new roof. His crew was timely, efficient and professional. Upon completion, Aaron followed up by inspecting the roof personally. Since then we called on him to roof a new addition to our house. We highly recommend his company for any roof construction or repair.

I have to say that my wife and I are glad we chose this company to fix our roof. Our home had been hit hard by hail that did extreme damage to the exterior of the home causing water to come into the house and stain our indoor ceiling. We couldn't be happier with the quality, professionalism, and quickness of their work. They were in and out in about 2 days and did a very nice job cleaning up. Highly recommend!!
