QUALITY HOME INNOVATIONS is the worst decision I've ever taken! They're absolute thieves, took my money and abandoned the remodeling. Unfortunately I knew ERICK ARELLANO and trusted him and his company with my remodeling project.. gave him more than have of the money totaling $90k, they did some work the first few weeks or so and then disappeared. House was never done, he never paid the people he had working at house and now they're gone.I wish I've read their reviews before, there are others here claiming the same things, they are THIEVES!!! Not even qualified by the Better Business Bureau due the amount of unsatisfied clients.

Para la gente en TX que están buscando una compañía honesta, QUALITY HOME INNOVATIONS no es lo que están buscando, son unos ladrones que agarran su dinero y se desaparecen, lean los reviews antes de contratar a alguien, hay muchos reviews en internet donde varias personas han tenido el mismo problema con esta gente. Esta porquería de gente son tan ladrones que el Better Business Bureau (BBB) ni siquiera les da una calificación debido a la cantidad de reclamos recibidos.

Provided my mother and estimate for 20k and set her up with a loan for that amount.
The owner, Eric, received the check and never came back to complete the job. Now my mother is left with a debt and an incomplete job. Do not fall for this scam!?
