As they say you are as good as the people that are working for you. I will start there. Outstanding crew! They worked hard for 12 hours to get my roof and shed completed. They were respectful of the property and cleaned up when they were done. The dumpster was promptly removed the next morning. Very little disruption to your life and parking situation. Thank you, guys! I appreciate how hard you all worked. Not an easy job especially in the heat.
My roof... it looks amazing! We were torn between two colors but went with the Onyx Black and we couldn't be happier. Andy added more ridge venting to help with air circulation as we didn't have enough for the size of the house.
They installed new vent covers too, it is amazing how a small change can make such a big difference.
This was an insurance claim. I was worried that we would have interior damage and with each storm it seemed to extend the roof damage. As soon as it was settled with the insurance company, I got the call they were coming in three days! The peace of mind knowing that we have a well installed roof to protect our home, priceless.
I chose Quality First because of their community involvement and their reputation in the community. I like that they give back to the community that they live in.

Quality first has been amazing start to finish! They showed up when they said they would for the estimate and each time following. I had storm damage and Chris was very thorough in explaining everything, sitting down and going over options. I was out of town, and he sent me pics of things being done along the way! They are dependable, honest, and trustworthy. 4 years ago I called for a quote and they fixed my leak very reasonably and said I could hold off on a replacement roof. 2 years ago my insurance co. dropped my coverage because of my roof. Quality First worked with my insurance co. so I could get coverage until they could do the roof. Since then, they have come out and fixed my soffit on my house for free when a hurricane messed it up. I highly recommend this company.

Quality First Roofing is the best. We chose them after several trusted friends and colleagues recommended them.

Dennis Wells was our sales rep and he was great. He was able to come out for an estimate quickly and showed up promptly. He answered all of our questions and told us about all of our options. When we forgot to get an estimate for our shed initially, he came back out without complaint. When I had questions, he was available via text, which made things a lot easier for me. They gave us a good price as well.

We didn't have wait very long for our new roof. It's a good thing, too. The very next weekend, we were hit by Tropical Storm Debby.

The new roof was done all in one day and it looks great. They did an excellent job of cleaning up. I think that our driveway, sidewalk, and yard looked better after they were done than before. Before they left, they checked for roofing nails and then someone came back out the next day for one more once-over to ensure none were left.

Dennis took care of the requirements for our county inspection and notified the inspector for the wind mitigation study when they were done with the roof.

They put a new roof on my house in one day and they did an excellent job and excellent cleanup.

Our Salesman was great, even gave us the Veteran discuss due to my husband's service in the Navy. We told him they would be paid when we Refinanced our home. We were told ""No problem. We can put the roof on before Closing."" That being said we proceeded with getting the new roof put on. They came out on May 13th and dropped off the dumpster and roofing supplies/shingles, which were the wrong color. They wanted another $1000 to return to get the color I ordered, but we decided to keep the ones they had delivered. The roofers came on May 14th with a crew of approximately 8-12 people who didn't speak English. They went to work ripping off the old roof when a monsoon rain storm started. They couldn't get the roof covered fast enough before it started leaking inside our home all along the support beam in the middle of our house. one of the roofers stepped in a hole which caused his foot to come through our ceiling! we lost power in our kitchen, outside lights, master bathroom shower and closet due to the roofers having pulled some wires lose and screwed through a wire. The roofers were going to leave after they got the roof taped, but they must have been told to stay. the owner of the company came out to look at all the leaks and the hole in our ceiling and told us they would make the repairs after the insulation and dry wall dried out. the rain stopped have an hour and a half and the roofers proceeded to put the new roof on the back side of our house. on May 15th, two roofers showed up and started to remove the old roof in front side of our home. Another monsoon rain storm started and again more leaks to the front of our home. When the rain stopped, they finished the roofing job. We had called the company and emailed them pictures of the new leaks and damage. They sent an Electrician out on May 17th to fix the lighting and wires that were damaged. He found where they had damaged the wiring. He had to come back the on Sunday with help to fix the wires. No one came to fix the leak spots, so my husband and I started covering them with Kilz and paint as our inspector needed to come back to do her follow up inspection. A week later a dry waller came out to fix the holes in the ceiling. The inspector came back out to take pictures of the repaired ceiling at a $250.00 expense which the Roofing company said they would cover. Still haven't seen the reimbursement. Now the Roofing company won't send the commencement paper work to the mortgage company so we can close on our refiance loan and they can get paid!!! WTF!!! Find another Roofing Company as their communication sucks!

The beat our other estimates. The job was done within the specified dates. They were courteous and professional. The work and cleanup was excellent. I have no complaints! I highly recommend them!

Quality First Roofing is an amazing company. They were on time, stayed until the job was completed, and very professional throughout. They installed a roof on the house we were selling and a roof on the house we are building. We have recommended them to several friends and family members in Citrus County, FL. Their prices were competitive with today's market and reasonable. We appreciate the care they took to explain the process and worked hard at meeting our expectations. We can't thank them enough for everything they did on our new home.

Months of storms and a roof that just gave up on us could have been really bad but working with this company has restored my faith in good people. I called weekly and spoke with Amanda who patiently assured me that we were still on schedule. Never once did Amanda sound anything but polite and accommodating. No matter how many times I called over these months she still assured me that my roof was their number one priority and boy did they show me that was true.
Andy and his crew were amazing. Showed up on time and they were so respectful to the landscaping as they peeled off the old roof. I could not be more pleased as I walked around the house, no excess supplies or trash anywhere. Dumpsters were also removed super promptly.
Ahhhh the roof!! A new roof really shines up a house!! Already had our first rain and .
