I am usually not one to leave reviews.

Quality first came knocking on our door and was polite, responsive, and wore a mask.

They set up an initial appointment for solar panel evaluation and we were pretty happy. After that there were no follow up for a couple of weeks.

Upon surveying several vendors, they were the most pricy with the least number of panels so we emailed asking some questions. No response for weeks.

Today someone called and hung up as soon as I said thank you for their time . If you want to not follow up and be rude then why bother calling

I signed a contract with them on April,2021 saying that by summer I will get installed my windows.
They never came back to me after February,
2022. I said that I don't expect them to do good job for me, because whole year they weren't responsible to explain me.

Now they are saying that they will charge me some restocking money, that there is no way to cancel the contract. All three people Kevin(contractor)
Branco (sales), Mike(sales manager) lied to me.

Mike said he can't cancel contract, but when I called main office, Lora said Mike is the only person who can cancel the contact.

Branco said he will make sure to install me windows by July latest. Never did.

Kevin said he tried to reach me to install my windows, he never did!

I suggest anyone who reads this comment please be careful signing the contact with them.
I waited my time to this guys. Now I need to deal with illegal mechanical lien that they want to place on my house!

No matter how respectful you try to be, it just doesn't work. These guys come around my neighborhood, a few times a year, and each time I would tell the salesperson i am not interested and thank you. It got to the point that I finally put up a No Solicitation sign. Today the salesperson was doing his rounds and when he came up to me, I told him ""Thank you but No"". He then kept droning on and I repeated to him I am trying to be respectful and please leave. He got the picture and left. A few hours went by and there was a knock on my door. It was the same salesperson letting me know that a neighbor down the street has agreed to have their roof done. I told him I don't care and look at my sign. No Soliciting. You really think I am going to do business with a company that keeps badgering me? I told him to NEVER come to home again, but I know they still will.

The consultant showed up 1 hour late of scheduled time. After I refused to work with them, I have been harassed by phone calls several times a week for the past few months. They change numbers so there is no way to block them. I have been telling them every single time removing me from the call list but it has not been working.

We signed a contract on Saturday, the project coordinator was supposed to contact us Monday and as of Wednesday we have heard nothing so we cancelled the contract. If they can't follow through timely at the beginning I'm not convinced they will follow through in the end.

Asked creepy questions about my wife, wanting to know her name and work schedule, then telling me I need to make sure my wife is home. Let me decide who should be involved in a decision. This is a sales tactic, with the intention to use my wife to pressure me into buying. I just hung up and called a better roofer.

Whatever you do don't give them your phone number. They will never stop calling. If you did provide your number and picked up the phone, never mention you have work to do, they will call more.

It's been months, they call weekly, no matter how many times I say that I am not interested in their services and ask to be removed form their list.
It's the new auto warranty and depth forgiveness scheme..

This is an annoying company who keep bugging people. They called me a few times and I told them I am not interested and asked them to remove me from the list, but still get called every week. So I started to block their phone numbers but they seems having tons of phone numbers and just keep called me with different numbers. Worst company just like a scam.

We had a project to add 4+ more solar panels to our existing 21 panels.

Mr. Branco S. of Quality First HI visited our premises after a contingent telemarketing call.

Mr. Branco wrote several numbers down on a piece of paper:
- Base retail price
- Factory promo discount
- Second promo discount
- Month promo discount
- Tax credit
= Net cost

An old and cheap sales technique to try to impress the buyer with a series of ""discounts.""

Our biggest concern was if there was enough space on the already busy roof to accommodate the additional panels with required clearances.

Unfortunately, Mr. Branco was never interested in the feasibility. All he wanted was a contract deposit check.

I later sent Mr. Branco a roof drawing and a Google Street picture to check if there's room for additional installation. No answer.

A few months later Mr. Branco's boss called me. I explained our concern and told I was not comfortable with his sales attitude.

Mr. Branco revisited us 15 minutes late after the appointment time, again without a ladder. I said to him ""Good bye"" within 2 minutes.

They wine and dine you, take you home, and then never call you back. I had a medium-successful window install from them in 2012. The windows started fogging a little and they said they'd fix them and never did. Oh well. Decided to give them another shot in January 2021 for the back sliding door. They did it and installed it and it was fine that day. Though they left a big plastic mess on our back lawn. But a week later, the sliding door DOES NOT LOCK! (You had one job!) My wife and I have spent the past two months trying to get them to return to fix the door and screen. They say they'll show up and then they shine us. Three times now! Our sales rep, who signed his notes to my wife with ""I like you."" has all but disappeared like a ghost. And the manager we were assigned to is nowhere to be found. So to sum it up - they install shotty cheap products and when those products inevitably fail, they're never to be heard from again. Fool me twice, shame on me.
