I give them a 2 star because their customer service pretty much sucks! I gave up after they never called me back. I spent 12,000 on windows 10 years ago for my house. I tried several times. I guess that's not important to this company.

I gave-up and called Screen Dr.'s in Alamo. They actually answer their phone & get right out to you.

Don't walk, RUN away!

This company is a complete joke from start, I won't say finish because almost a year later and the work is still incomplete. Highly unorganized staff, no proper communication and or notice was ever practiced. Constant missed appointments leading to deadlines not being met by Quality First Home Improvement contractors and coordinators.

They'll assume you don't know how to read a contract to coheres you into reapplying for financing. Once they realize you're not as dumb as they hoped and won't let them take advantage of you due to their incompetence and negligence, they'll try to intimidate you with a pre-lien because their contractors failed to complete the work by dates indicated the initial signed contract.

I have a response template approved by my attorney, to their pre-lean notice if anyone needs it, I'm happy to share, so no one is bullied by this unprofessional business. I want to add the concord division specifically isn't even certified by the Better Business Bureau.

Over all a very smooth experience. The guys from Quality First Home Improvement are very professional and did a very good job. The price is right and even got some discounts too. Nothing more to ask for.

I appreciate them for coming out to my house to give me a quote on their work. I didn't go with them, but that's only because it's not time yet. When I do paint my home, I will be choosing Quality First. I like their product, I think it would look very good on my home.

Do not work with this company! They took 2 years to come back to fix a small issue they left with our roof. And we finally got around to having other companies come in to look at our HVAC system which was supposedly installed brand new by this company but it was setup in the most inefficient way possible. We only had air going to the living room and no where else and every HVAC company we have come look at it say they won't touch it because it was done completely wrong for our house. It looks like the setup of a commercial building which is really inefficient for a home. We also have a large amount of unnecessary ducting and an extra box that creates less air flow. Long story short....don't hire them
