We had our gutters and siding done as well as a new patio cover. We love the results! The sales person, Mohamed, was wonderful to work with. The work crew was always on time and kept our property very neat and clean. We would absolutely use Quality First again.

I had solar panels installed with Quality First....they did a fantastic job. From the sales rep Craig all the way to the installers and the electrician. Whenever we had questions, we could call and would get a response immediately. We signed the contract and within 3 weeks they were at our home installing the solar panels. They even helped us get approved with Cal First program for financing. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

This company is a scam! The salesman ""David"" that came out to my home for a roof quote came out totally unprepared and didn't know what the heck he was doing. He wanted to give me a quote for a total re-roof without even getting on the roof. I said how are you going to give me a quote with out checking what needs to be done. He finally went on the roof and we talked about what would be needed. He took forever with his boring sales pitch. I asked him for the cost and then He didn't even have a contract to write down his initial quote so He call another sales guy ""Shyanne"" this guy was no better. Both were a joke and a waste of my time. When they gave me a price and I agreed, two days later the supervisor for these two clowns said that they gave me the wrong quote because it was to low. Even after I agreed and signed the contract and wrote a check for $1,000. deposit. Quality First cancelled the job. That was a blessing in disguise. Boy did I doge a bullet!!!!!! If this company come to you for your business RUN and RUN FAST!!!!!!!

As a follow-up to my rating of Quality First Home Improvements' installation of my new windows, the proof of how effective the three-pane glass is was demonstrated by my cats. Their favorite place in the house was on top of a dresser below an east-facing window. Used to be LOTS of uncomfortable summer heat coming into the room each morning. But, now that I have a new three-pane window, no more heat coming in. My cats are NOT amused. They now have to find another place to bask in the morning sun because the new window keeps the sun's rays and heat out.

Sales man came to my house on a Saturday to try to setup an appointment for Monday for a patio company. We confirmed the appointment for 7:00pm. My scheduled appointment time came and went and nobody showed up. We left at 7:20pm to go get dinner as I have a 2 hour commute. We get back at 7:45 with another sales guy walking up to my door. I told him I was not interested as I had to eat and go to bed as I wake up at 4:00am to head to work. The company called us and sincerely apologized for the issue and wanted to make it up to us. They scheduled another appointment for Saturday at 4:30. We received a confirmation call Friday evening. At 4:30 Saturday, after we rushed home to make our appointment, nobody showed up. We waited another 20 mins, I then called the person who scheduled the appointment and let them know that I am not interested in their company. They tried to setup another appointment.

If a company cannot respect the clients time when trying to sell them a product, what will the expectations be when the work is to be performed. I DO NOT recommend this company.

We had solar installed by Quality First in November. The salesman was very professional. He explained all the details and answered all our questions thoroughly. There wasn't any high pressure sales pitch and we actually did not commit until a few weeks after talking to him.
The installation went in without any delays and the installers were quick and cleaned up everything they used. The only problem was the monitoring system didn't work properly at first and they had to send another technician a couple days later to fix it. No
All in all, we are quite satisfied with our new solar panels. Our last electric bill was $8.

I worked with Quality First Home Improvements to explore and purchase 2 patio doors. From the front end explanations with no pressure, to the installation they were great to work with.
They even helped me with Ca First financing. The installers were on time, did a good job and left nothing behind to clean up I would recommend them and use them again.

Short and sweet- one of the questions they asked me when I called to set up appointment was who owned my home...was I single? I think this is a set up assuming a single woman will fall for anything. I asked for quote for remodel of guest bath (5x8 standard room) and master bath (about 5x10 or 12). Guy showed up 3 hours early, after I specifically stated to not come early as I had people over. Then, proceeds to tell me it would be 17,000 to 18,000 to remodel guest bath. Um...this is a fully functioning room. I wanted new tub, new tiles, paint, vanity install. I was going to get materials myself. This 17-18k was after ""3 discounts"" including being single (wth?). I laughed and asked what the charge for the other would be...""20-22k"". So about 40k to remodel a 2 bathrooms in a condo worth about 150k. The guy proceeded to tell me that I was possibly not a good ""fit for the company"" and warned that anyone else would probably use cheap goods. He tried to make me feel like I would be a better person for choosing them and tried to scare me out of other companies.

I already had other quotes to compare to...the first was 5500 for all the labor PLUS tile and granite installation in my kitchen. The 2nd: 4k for the bathrooms. Idk who the hell Quality First thought they were dealing with or who they normally deal with, but this was insulting!

I say, research your ass off and have no options if having these people do your work.
