Quality First (QF) did NOT do the job their salesman (Tom) promised; Tom said they would not use a contractor, that they have their own team of employees (lie, a subcontractor did the job). He showed me photos of a house being prepped for TexCote paint and promised to replace all rotted wood and wood trim (lie) but instead they painted over some of the rotted wood trim instead of replacing it. They came back and fixed some of the issues after I called and called, but never completed the entire job correctly. They even had the nerve to claim that I got a deal ($25k+) because they under estimated the size of the job. In the end I was so frustrated that l finally gave up trying and hoping. I will never consider using them again unless they are first willing to fix/finish the job I've already paid for. How refreshing it would be to have someone step up to do that!

Terrible service and even worse craftsmanship.. they installed a roof and destroyed our home.. the roof was installed wrong and ruined our home.. they will not reply to our lawyer.. DO NOT USE THEM !!!!

Brian and Clem were personable and professional when working on and presenting roof and window replacement estimates for my dad's house. I'm very protective about who enters my dad's home and they earned my trust. The neighbors' dogs didn't even bark at them, which says a LOT about their vibe.

They were thorough in their presentation about materials, workmanship, warranties, background checks and credentials. I did a bit of online research about this company, while they were here, and verified the company's certifications, reviews, awards and recognitions, including an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

They impressed me so much, I invited them to do some work in Alaska.

Solar panels and battery.... They are great at getting the contract signed and bullying you into getting paid before the system is up and running properly.... The battery was installed nearly six months ago and the whole system is now messed up.... No response from the Project Manager or the installers.... THEY SUCK!

Everything Quality First Home did was great, and the product used was of excellent quality. However, things that were brought up that were going to be done still needed to be done. When asked about it, the project manager was clueless and just offered up any excuse that he thought would stick. So we kind of thought they dropped the ball. We will not be using them for any more jobs.
