Had all my windows installed, and one slider the seal failed and it has been around 3 years and still trying to have replace it under a lifetime warranty, they do not return my calls,
Second job, had a 50 year roof install and they had not finished the job around my chimney, and no call backs from them again
Third job, New gutters, and they did not align the gutters so they drain correctly! one downspout in front of house is overwhelmed by water when it rains and now i am getting water flooding under my house and now I am getting settling in house and sheetrock in kitchen area is starting to crack! and still no call back from them again! they are fast to do the job! but they don't listen to complaints about lack of quality workmanship and problems that they have caused by their lack of quality workmanship!

I have never left a negative review on any product or company, but DO NOT use Quality First. it took months to get one window installed, and when they finally did it they did it incorrectly and it leaked air. I called three times for a repair - they never called me back. When they came out to install a second window, the subcontractor refused to do it for the price they had quoted and simply didn't do the work. Again, it took weeks to get anyone on the phone about it - and then they told us it would cost another $500 if we wanted the window we had ordered installed. They should be paying us for all the additional heating the leaky window required. So very sorry we ever got involved with them.

I submitted my comment in Feb. 2022. I can report back that our issue was never resolved. The company never returned our phone calls. The person who responed to my first review never contacted us like she said she would when she replied to my complaint.

As I stated before.....never use this company. They lied when they said we had a 10 year warranty. They just never respond. The worst customer service that I have ever experienced.

As i read the other comments on this page its sad to say i can identify with all of their complaints. This company is horrible. Its taken 1 year to actually get the correct doors we ordered. This company and their sales rep are clueless with no moral compass to do the right thing! Take ownership, installing the wrong product and damaging my exterior stucco which you never repaired.
Do not use this company, run as fast as you can!!! They're beyond terrible!!

Nope. Just no. There are so many other reputable, considerate, and non-pushy contractors out there that would do the work. These people are literal cockroaches - they don't take NO for an answer and if you say you aren't interested, they will call and harass you. I had a woman from their ""customer care center"" call and ask me repeatedly why we didn't want to follow through with the patio cover. Lady....I told you already, now is not a good time and she straight hung up on me. Real professional people, they have working there.

they are like cockroaches. they keep coming back. I literally cannot step out of my house without being assaulted by a salesperson. they won't take no for an answer. I have to turnaround and go back in my house and shut the door.

I never will use this company because if these are the people they hire - who dont listen and disrespect - and you need business so bad you have to harass people - well you cannot be any good.

offer good product, work and value, I am sure people would be beating Their door down. am I right?

Look at how many times someone from the company 'apologizes' and 'sends it to a dept for review' yet the same complaints keep rolling in - obviously NOT sorry because it doesn't change anything.

And if they 'provide jobs' to that many doorknockers, what can be left to pay quality craftsman? just saying...

I foolishly allowed one of their door to door salesmen to come in and give me a quote, not only was it an insane amount of money quoted, but I followed one bad mistake with another by giving them my phone number. I have been called about 1-2x a month, getting as frequent as every other day at times with them asking me if I want to do any work now? How about now? Now?...

I've asked them numerous times to stop calling me and to take my number off their list because they've burned the bridge, but they continue to call. I got 2 calls just today. It's now been almost 2 years of calls at this frequency and me asking them to remove my number and they refuse.

Worst home improvement company I've ever seen in my life. They can't even fix a small part of the roof and instead they ""recommend"" to replace the whole roof with much higher price. And after quote they will ""eagerly"" call you to make sure there is some thing wrong with you house. Good luck with anyone choose this company

Do these people do good work? Sure. Is it worth the lifelong harassment? No. They installed windows for me five years ago and they still call me all the time (from different phone numbers!) trying to get me to do new projects despite the fact that I no longer own my house and I have told them that.

Insulted with the roof replacement quote we got for 32 tile replacement. $48k was the bid amount. They claim they've got some ground breaking process, that it's something proprietary to them. It ain't. Negotiated down to $28k. Don't waste your time. I really hope your team doesn't take advantage of the elderly around here not thinking to shop around.
