Huge thanks to Joshua and team at Quality Exteriors for making our roof replacement project seamless from start to finish. This was our first time dealing with a repair involving an insurance claim along with HOA approval. Joshua was consistently available to answer questions, translate ""insurance speak,"" explain processes, update progress, and cheerfully assist in any way he could. Team that did roof work were on time and respectful of the entire property. In addition to replacing the roof, they made sure everything on the ground that had been moved was back in its original place by end of day, as well as using a metal detector throughout the yard to detect and remove nails. Quality Exteriors truly lives up to the name!

After the huge rain storm last week. I found water coming down my wall in my garage, I called my insurance company and the inspector told me it was coming from around a vent on my roof. Jeff with Quality Exteriors has been incredibly professional and helpful after my roof, when only 2 months out of warranty, had several shingles blow off the house due to strong winds. He answered all my questions about the quality of the shingles I had on the roof and also walked me through what I can expect from my specific insurance company. He also, before the insurance company even provided an answer to my claim, took the initiative to drive to my house just to put up a tarp over the exposed roof areas, since he saw that the forecast called for rain that night. He likely saved me thousands of dollars by doing that. And he did it when the winds were quite strong still, so it wasn't safest time to be on the roof, so he really came through for me. Another neighbor down my street in the same situation but without a tarp had water damage and got multiple quotes for nearly $10k to fix their water damage.

I met Josh years ago and have always thought he is a fantastic person so when our roof was damaged in a recent hailstorm I only considered making one call to Josh! Josh was immediately responsive, came by the same day, walked us through the whole process, met with the insurance adjuster on our behalf, kept us updated throughout the whole process, offered a fair quote and got out to do the roof very quickly. The materials didn't sit around in the driveway - they delivered and installed within a day. His work is high quality, he appreciates the business and he understands the process through and through. I had never been though the process before so I had tons of questions and he never once missed a message or call and never made me feel dumb for not knowing what to do. I just really am so grateful to Josh and the team for the great work they did but more than that, his kind attention to making sure I felt secure and in the know on the process. He really went above and beyond as well in setting us up with a window replacement team and dealing with the payment on that aspect. Go with Josh, you really won't regret it.

Quality Exteriors recently replaced our roof shingle and gutters damaged by hail. They did a very nice job. They also added in some items not originally planned. For example, I'd had leaf guards for the gutters installed not long ago and didn't want to lose or replace them. Quality Exteriors gutter team carefully removed and saved the leaf guards and then reinstalled them on the new gutters. They also inspected and reinforced the roofing framework without having to climb up through the house.
The job was done in a little over a day. The clean up was good. I saw them go over the grass and flower beds near the house at least three times with different managers using a magnetic device to make sure no nails lay hidden in the grass or flower beds.
They used good quality materials throughout. I independently went to the web to check on all the products they used.
