If anyone is looking for a trustworthy and reliable roofer, I would HIGHLY recommend Bob Butler with Quality Exterior Roofing. He is quite possibly one of the nicest people you'll ever meet and he will do everything in his power to fight on your behalf. He came to all of our adjuster inspections and spoke on our behalf, as well as helped us communicate with the insurance company using his expertise. He was, and continues to be, with us every step of the way. He is nothing short of an absolute blessing. He also did a roof replacement in our neighborhood. His team had it completed in a day and it looks flawless. Please consider him if you need roof repairs or a replacement. I can promise that you won't find a better roof consultant in Shreveport or Bossier than Bob!

6-30-20 Gave $3,000 to Owner A for new window, he said it world take about 6 weeks for them to come in-I said ok. 7 weeks still no window came in. He told me to call David Hyatt as he would be puting in the window. I called al (owner) and he said the window had came in Mid August David would never return phone calls. I had my son call, david, as to when the window would be installed? First david said it might rain-my son sent him the weather forecast-which was sunny all week. David was susposed to come out to install the window end of september- I had to call him as he never called me. The morning david was to come out-I called him and he told me he was waiting for the warehouse to open, he he thought it opened at 7:00- David poor planing-you should of known what time the warehouse opens. Around end of September he came out and Are you Kidding me David said the warehouse gave him the wrong order. David should of checked the order as soon as it came in, not when you're at someone's house. David quickly said for me to call, All Again the owner! and to ask for my money back. I called and and he quickly asked me it I want my money back-Yes! Al never so much as said to me I'm sorry things didn't work out.

Called on MLK day and got the answering service. They took my information and said it would be passed to the office. I waited for a call back all week. Called the office that Friday and told the lady what I needed (small roof repair). She said she didn't know if they did repairs, but only full replacements. She said she would pass my information along and someone would contact me. So, 9 days later and still have not heard from a representative of Quality Exteriors. Will move on to someone else and won't give them my business even if they do call back...Too late!

Quality Exteriors roofed my home yesterday and it is absolutely gorgeous. They were very professional and cleaned my yard and driveway before leaving. Everyone treated me with total respect and worked extremely well with me and my insurance company. I will never use any other company for roof repairs, windows, or siding.

I called and asked for a roofing estimate - the receptionist asked for my address and phone number. I told her in very clear terms I will give you my address but under no circumstances should someone just show up - I HAVE to have an appointment. She said someone will call me back. 5 days later the phone rings and a man form Quality Exteriors says he understands I needed a roofing estimate - and guess what? He's sitting in my driveway now - so, uh yeah - thanks for not doing what I asked and never even calling back - just showing up. Then he doesn't get on the roof to measure it - he tells us to measure it and text him the size. He won't give a price - just says to tell him how much the insurance is paying and he'll make it that price.
He was very pushy - it was like having a used car salesman in my front yard that would just not leave. Of course they won't be getting my business.
