So my daughter was buying a new to her home, under contract and it had a 26 year old roof. Contacted three companies for estimates and they were thousands above the other, I questioned to discount part of the name and they eventually came back with a competitive offer, although within 24 hours they again emailed and said oops we made a mistake and won't honor the quote. Not sure who runs the place but very unprofessional. I'll n the end we went with the tried and try Jack Wilson roofing who was only 300 more but we've used them in the past and they do great work. So avoid the quality discount and just cut straight to jack Wilson

I hired Quality Discount last year to put a roof on my house. I had previously hired them to re-roof a rental property that I owned and was fairly pleased with the job. The roofers that worked on my roof ripped up my chimney, and the shingles do not all lay flat. After about a year, the roof started to leak around the chimney. They came back out twice to repair the leak around the chimney, and the last guy told me that I had bad flashing around the chimney underneath the roofing. He offered to give me an estimate on pulling the shingles back up and replacing the flashing. If the flashing was bad, it should have been identified when they did the tear off, but of course the crew was in a hurry, and did not tell me the flashing was bad, even though I was home. Terry S.

My experience with this company was a nightmare. I hired them to repair a small leak in my roof. Weeks later the roof is still leaking, I finally got them to take a look but the repairman was six hours late and I had to leave for a doctor's appointment. I'm out $500. They refused to repay me but did say they'd give me a $500 discount....if I hired them install a new roof. No thanks!

We needed 2 old satellite dishes removed and some general minor repair work needed. Ray Hummel came out for the initial estimate and did the work. He was great to work with and did an excellent job. Very professional, polite, and courteous. Great quality and a fair price. Recommend them highly.

The name of this business is called quality roofing, the name in it self is an oxymoron. They have been to my home three times an can't fix a roof leak. Ty, Thomas and Nick, should be called Larry, Curly and Moe, the most incompetence, inept roofers it has been my displeasure of meeting and their supervisor Ray. I don't know if they fixed it or not, no communication.

This was a terrible experience!! The cost ended up being 30% more than what I was quoted and I was not informed in real time what was going on. It was like pulling teeth to be provided with pictures and details of the upcharge. No responses were common. I will never do business with them again. I would not recommend this company, the price may be lower at first, but be prepared to get screwed!

I hired this roofing company to re-roof my add on room.We agreed on 3,300 i paid them the 3,300 on 2/28 they came did my roof while they were on my roof i called and talk to the company i said if there is anymore problems and it cost me extra call me first he assured me he would they completed the roof on 3/14 i got a phone call from the office they said mam we need to settle this bill i said i paid it in full before u even started she then informed me all these crazy prices there saying they replaced all kinds of stuff but the dumpster only had a couple pieces of wood in it so unless they landed a helicopter on the roof in took this wood out then its not true so at first they said i owe 2,092.00 i flipped out we agreed on 3,300 and to call me first she contacted someone they changed the prices on the wood to match our contract which was 1,358.00 but they never called me like they told me they would so the office did a 3 way with Dave he admitted he promised to call me for any further charges and he admitted he didnt so the office heard all that and all they said was sorry wheres my money that was our agreement and i understand they had to replace some wood i will pay for it but its not nowhere near what there saying they sent me pictures of the wood they replaced its a bunch of pictures of the same thang over and over agian they make there own invoices up and they are charging me for a bunch of wood i didnt get and to top it all off they wasted alot of materials i do have pictures of the waste and itried talking to them and there very rude to me i said i dont feel i owe u this much money i got a room re-roofed not the whole house how did it go up to almost 5,000.00for a room i dont get it i said i have 4 kids and i need you to call me before u charge me anything else they lied to me then i said whatever i dont want a lien on my house so we set up a payment plan for 5/22 they informed me if i paid the monthly payment they wouldnt put a lien on the house before i could pay the payment i recieved a lien notice so they lied to me agian and also i have a video of my room they did leaking water on my phone after they did it i just put new carpet in tat room and new sheetrock also insulation that got wet i called said my roof was leaking they came out said its not there fault its the otherside of the roof i said no it cant be its leaking in the middle of the room they just replaced i have tried talking to them and they treat me like crap it has been a horrible horrible expereince they wont budge on the price knowing they screwed me please help i dont know what to do we had agreement to call me first they lied to me several times and there is no way they replaced as much as wood as there saying the pictures are of the same thing different angles please that was my complaint to the BBB I know there gonna lie but take my advice they screw u I got a add on room re-roofed and it went from 3,300 to almost 5,000 they say they had to replace all this wood but they are tripling what was replaced they didn't replace but a little bit of wood I seen the wood they tore out in the dumpster it wasn't no where near what they are saying don't get screwed by this company they over charge lie and do crappy work I have video of my roof leaking in my house after they did it and pictures of wasted materials they are charging me for and it is in the room they replaced they tryed saying it was my other roof leaking in my add on room they re roofed lies lies lies I'm trying to fight this so I have not paid the remainder there lying about I did pay the 3,300 we agreed on I know they replaced wood I will pay for it but not triple the amount I'm seeing if they are gonna resolve my issue since I had such a terrible experience with them I will update u if they resolve the issue but I'm sure they won't they treat u like crap

This company was terrible to work with. They talk a good game but do NOT deliver. They started our project late, sent a crew that came and left within an hour, had to send a new crew who cut electrical wires. We callled and told the company about the error and were ignored for a week. We called repeatedly and could not be connected to anyone who would do anything to repair the damage. The office staff, sales staff, and project manager have no communication. There were electrical wires cut at my house for over a week, and the project manager came out to inspect it and the cut wires passed their inspection. AND their cost was higher than quoted. Use anyone but these people!

I echo, greatly, the review Sara T. has given. This was absolutely the worst experience, on multiple levels, I have ever had dealing with a company. I met with the sales rep and signed the contract for my total re~roof in February of 2018 and was told it would take 2, maybe 3 days to complete. The company JUST NOW finished the project. Today's date is June 15th, 2018! It took nearly 4 months of fighting with this company to get this job done. This was a $15K job. The frustration also included them breaking out a window and not even dealing with the repair of it until June. I requested the owner of the company to call me, multiple times, he never would. Never have spoken to him yet! From the sales rep to the office staff to the actual installers, they all were throwing each other under the proverbial ""bus"" at each turn. Again, NEVER have I dealt with anything more unprofessional and I urge you to strongly consider another selection for your roofing needs.

Started looking for a Roofing Company in December 2016 and finally elected to go with Quality Discount Roofing after a lot of research and bids from 6 other companies. My experience has been nothing short of OUTSTANDING. Did have a few very minor requests after the new roof was put on and they were very accommodating. They did not want any monies upfront and only wanted payment after I was completely satisfied. My home is relatively large with a high pitched roof and my wife and I could not be happier. WELL DONE.
