Established in 1999, the founding member welcomed a partner in 2008, which helped expand the business from around 200k to nearly 5m each year. In 2013, the founding member exited the business to develop a ranch for breeding racing horses.

Jeff and Amy D. are long-time residents and professionals in the DFW area. They possess a combined expertise of over 20 years in roofing and construction. They have two wonderful sons, one an accomplished black belt and the other engaged in advanced schooling. They contribute to their community by coaching youth sports and volunteering at their local church. Amy has a successful career in banking and serves as a ministry leader. Jeff has dedicated years to being a youth pastor and providing personal counseling to many young individuals.

We had high hopes after our initial meeting with Caleb, but everything went downhill from there. We understand the claims and repair process takes a while - especially during the busy storm season, but we first met with Caleb in mid-June 2017 and our roof was not completed until mid-August (in June we were told they were scheduling out 2-3 weeks). Other repairs were not finished until October. I'm convinced our repairs would still not be completed if I had not called the company each week to pester them. By the way - when they finally got our roof on their schedule, they were well past their busy season (according to Jess - the office manager). My main frustration with this company was that I had to call them to get status updates. If they had excellent customer service as they claim, they would have been updating me along the way. We agreed on work to be completed and materials with Caleb in June. Every couple of weeks, I had to explain to others within the company (or remind them) of the materials we wanted or the work we wanted done....even though it had all been written on the original work order. I was told several times that they were finally going to enter all of our requests into the system. I guess that never happened, because they actually never completed all the work. But we got the roof and garage door replaced, which were the most important items. According to the office manager, Caleb did not submit our original paper work (or check) to the office until August - so he held onto all of that for 1 1/2 to 2 months (which was why the company did not get us on the schedule in a timely manner). To make matters worse, the office manager, Jess, would apologize to me but in the same sentence would defend the poor customer service and actions of Caleb. He also kept explaining the claims process to me (as if that was the issue...and by the way, I only need it explained once), but then in the next sentence told me they were no longer swamped and could do our roof the next day if they had the materials. Overall this was an extremely frustrating experience with a company and employees that made a lot of mistakes on our transaction and didn't appear to care. Oh, and lets talk about a lack of integrity...apologizing and promising our situation is not the norm and promising the rest of the transaction will be different, and then everything was the same all the way to the end - mistakes, excuses, and lack of communication. Plus flat out lying - telling me one thing one week just to get me off the phone (""yes, the order has been placed with the vendor"") to telling me a week or two later that they had just placed the order that day (and clearly not remembering the previous conversation). We were extremely disappointed throughout this entire transaction considering what they promised in the beginning.

*Update: Jeff - thank you for your phone call and response. We appreciate you taking the time to reach out, apologize, and ask if there is anything you could do. I do wish that our project had been turned over to employees that had the time to communicate throughout the project and ensure a timely completion. There were a couple of instances where I was told I would receive a call from ""Jeff"" (not sure if they meant you or someone else) regarding the non-insurance work we wanted completed, but we never received that call. As I stated in my google review, it seems like this is not the norm for your company. Thank you again for reaching out.
