They were little early, and that was great trying to beat the heat. Only 4 men and 2 woman showed up, but they hit the ground running. They delivered 125 bundles of roofing plus other items. For this size of roof that I have these 6 people did a fantastic job in 2 and a half days.
I'm very very satisfied with the company and I would recommend them to anyone.

We were very lucky to have Quality Assurance Roofing contact us about replacing our storm damaged roof. We had a bad experience, with another company, that was very frustrating. Cooper Loveland and Kevin Dunigan were so easy to work with. They took the time to meet me, at my place of business, to go over my estimate. They were always on time, which is very tough to find in this day and age. Cooper and Kevin were quick to answer any questions, via call or text. They both made periodic stops, throughout the installation process, to make sure things were being completed accurately and on time. The QA team did a good job of keeping me informed throughout the process. Weather delays cannot be avoided so it was nice that they contacted us each time we had a delay. Jesse reviewed the work and called in a few guys to make minor repairs quickly. Since I am not a roofer I appreciated his expertise with the fine details. All in all, they did a great job and the house looks great.

Professional from start to finish and I'd recommend them. Jesse was great to work with and really wanted to make sure we were happy with the work done. We had a full roof and guttering replacement due to wind and hail damage and they met all the timelines and worked with our insurance company perfectly. Roofers did a great job but were a little messy, but for all the work they put in and the craftmanship I'm fine picking up a few things in the yard.

Installed defective product along with improper roof installation. Phone calls not returned until days later after 2 roof leaks in less than 6 months. Have heard every excuse in the book why it's not their fault, but our fault and none are accurate. HORRIBLE customer service!!! Save a lot of time & money and fund another roofer.
