I've used Pyramid twice and the experience was excellent. I contacted them 6/2016 to get an estimate for repair/replacement of my hail damaged roof. I was told that one of the guys would be at my house at 1:00 pm the following Monday. When no one showed up I called the office and was told they went to lunch and had forgotten the appointment, the person Rod showed up at 2:30pm. He looked at my insurance papers made copies to take with him so that he could get an estimate of cost to replace the roof, gutters and repair or replace two windows. Upon leaving he told me he would get back with me with by the end of the week (3 days) or the following Monday. After not hearing from him a week later I called the office and left a message asking him to call me. He didn't call so I call his cell number that evening....I asked if he received my message to call me, he said yes but he forgot to call and at that moment he was eating his hamburge for dinner. He asked what I was wanting to have repaired. This guy has had my paperwork for almost 1 1/2 weeks and you have no idea about what was to be repaired? I told him to eat his hamburger and call me the next day. He called and made an appointent to discuss my repairs at 1:00pm. Rod shows up to my house ask me the same questions he asked at our first meeting, takes out his calculator and then begins adding up what the repairs would cost. The price he quoted me for a basic roof with reusing some of the existing materials was over $3000 more than what ANYONE in my neighorhood with a house my size is paying for a new roof. I politely declined the offer and told him I will keeping looking for a roofer. This experience have tainted my perception of Pyramid Roofing.

Don took care of us from start to finish. He dealt with insurance. I didn't have to worry about a thing....no headaches. Plus his crew did a GREAT job on my new roof. Don was there to answer questions and get the job done. I was more than satisfied with the way he handled everything. It was the easiest insurance claim I have ever dealt with. Pyramid Roofing out of Dallas area (Wylie Tx) were one of the MANY roofers that wanted to work on my house after our hail storm in June 2014. Although I did receive other bids I chose Pyramid based on the promises they made to really take care of me right and I'm very pleased with how everything turned out. See pictures.

One very positive thing was, I had much more than just my roof to be repaired, and they showed up to walk the house with the adjuster, that time spent was another reason I went with them, I felt they were more invested in the project.

They will also work with your insurance company so you don't have to. They have been around a good many years and have maintained an A+ BBB score.

I also appreciated that they had a man in charge that was here locally often(Tom) and I could text or call with questions. The owners are also available to talk to if needed.

Overall: I am very pleased with my house and roof and feel they are a decent hard working company. Would recommend them and would use them again.

The previous owner of my house had the roof replaced 10 years ago. Had a roof leak 2weeks before the 10 year warranty expired. These guys came and fixed it - no questions asked.
