I really like this company. They are prompt, communicative, gave me a fair price on the roof, and did good work. They go the extra mile to make you happy. Even 10 years later, when I had some damage from rodents, they took good care of me.

Great customer service. I met with Mr. Walsh to explain my roofing issue. He attentively listened to me. He also took the time to inspect my issue and answer all my questions. He was very informative. It was clear that he knew a lot about his work. I will definitely recommend him.

Very upset with this company they did repair work in the past no problem so I called again for another repair. I spoke to Michael & he said he could be out in few days. The appointment was scheduled for 6-13-2019 at 0930 he was a not show not call nothing. I called the office which with the background sounds sounded more like a home with children. I told the lady that answered the phone that I had an appointment at 0930 it was now 10:30 am no one came or called. She asked me who the appt was with luckily I remembered & told her it was Michael I felt she should have known. Anyway she said Michael would get back with me which he did. Michael told me that I was his only appt for the day & he just forgot about it. I said OK he stated he was doing repairs on his bosses roof & would come out at 0930 6-14-2019 & guess what another no show no call. Unbelievable I am now going to call someone interested in working if you can't even get them to come out for an estimate how will you get them to come back if job not done right. Very Disappointed!!!!

I needed to get my roof done and had several estimates from different companies Punam Roofing was the fastest with response first Contact.
They really seem to take pride in their job which is super rare nowadays.
The men that showed up to my house we're very professional, non-invasive, and got the job done quicker than I thought!
Now I have a beautiful roof on my home that I'm not going to have to redo for the rest of my life! How you like them apples?!! Thanks Poonam Roofing.

This is an excellent company. I had my roof replaced and they an outstanding job. They are also thousands of dollars cheaper than their competitors.

They use 50 year shingles, installed a roof vent, and was done in a day.

Responsiveness 100%, Attitude 100%, follow through 100%.

The only minor issue is that they needed to do a better job of cleaning up the job site. When I called in, they were willing to send back out the guys. I did it myself and it only took an hour. But I appreciate the positive attitude by the office.

I would strongly recommend them.
