Your company does not provide good customer service! My landlord, Highmark Residential, has a contract with you and has been waiting to hear back from you with a date when you will repair the facade of my building which is cracked and letting water through into my bedroom and that of my neighbor. It's been a week! And now you've told them you don't have the equipment to reach up to the 7th and 8th floors and haven't found a place to rent you equipment?! So ridiculous, you are a roofing company, how do you not have access to the equipment needed to do your job?!

Hurricane Irma arrived two weeks after PSI completed a total reroof on our 65 unit, 6 story condo building. Almost half of the brand new roof was lifted off and the condos below sustained MAJOR damage. Our contract states that the roof is guaranteed for winds up to 150 MPH. And although In our area all national weather service reporting stations recorded sustained winds of only 55 MPHwith gusts up to 88 MPH for the day of the storm PSI is not honoring their guarantee. Nor are they admitting any fault due to shoddy installation. They are doing this by claiming a tornado or micro-burst was responsible for the damage thereby leaving us liable for all damages and the cost of a new roof!!!! Their claim strains credulity as no other structures, trees or power lines immediately surrounding our building sustained any type of damage! Shame on you PSI. I believe you should remove the word ""integrity"" from your promotional literature. Beware using PSI.
