I just called Pruden Roofing to clarify that they did work on my property. Richard is out on vacation and I was promised he will return my call when he returns. They are claiming of the review I left previously that they do not know me. I left my name, number and address to allow them to follow up. I am real and work done was real and the review was real. Perhaps because it was not a positive review they felt they need to disassociate from me and never asked me to call for clarification -- I called a few moments ago and can only hope Richard follows up with me. I will update this review later when I learn more.

Pruden Roofing replaced my tile roofing after an addition to my home. The contractor doing the addition noticed several broken tiles around my air conditioner that is mounted on my roof. After a total inspection of the roof, it was obvious that the entire roof was in need of replacement.
I was quoted a price for tear off of 3 layers of roofing, new plywood and a new comp roof from several roofing companies. After my homework was done, I contacted Pruden Roofing. Richard Pruden explained the process, timeline, and start and proposed finish dates.
The tear off crew arrived on time and were done in less than a day. When the trailer was removed from my driveway, there was not a trace of the removal on the ground.
The next morning the crew arrived and the process of a new roof began. Not only did the roof begin on time, it was finished a day ahead of schedule and is beautiful.
I highly recommend Pruden Roofing if you are in need of a new roof. They are very professional, and do a wonderful job.

They did a nice job on the roof itself, but unfortunately their worker punctured our air conditioner freon line in the attic with a roofing nail. Over $800 dollars in damages. I contacted Richard(owner) requesting some assistance($$) in sharing the repair cost. E-mailed him the details. He never responded. Pretty non-professional and gutless.

I met Tim Rubino with Pruden Roofing while they worked on my neighbor's house. They did such a great job for my neighbor I had Tim come give us a quote. He detailed the process and got back to us with the schedule. 2 weeks later they started on our house with the original 35 yr old shake roof. The finished product exceeded our expectations. The crews cleaned up after themselves everyday which was important to us. We've already noticed a huge difference in our electric bill due to the added insulation and heat reflective materials used. HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRUDEN ROOFING if you care about quality. The compliments from the neighbors make it even better.

No hassles, no gimmicks, no sales tricks. If you need a roof, CALL THIS COMPANY!! Excellent job guys!! Love our new roof and gutters

pruden just finished with my roof, and I could'nt be more impressed. When I made the appointment for the estimate, Tim Rubino showed up on time, and was prepared to go over everything. Answered all my questions. When it came time to do the roof, again, the crew showed up on time. Roof looks great, and the estimate was spot on. Great job!

Tim Rubino and his crew were all very professional. When Tim first met with us, he gave us a full presentation of the materials and types that were available for us. He worked cooperatively with my HOA so that my roof can get approved in a timely and correct manner. He also gave me a very accurate estimates on the work that needed to be done, so I was not surprised with any charges. His crew were very respectful, polite, and professional when they were working. They managed to finish my roof in two days, along with new gutters. I highly recommend this roofing company.

This is the WORST roofing company I have ever delt with. I got a 2 year roof certification from them when I bought my house. 1 year in I noticed tiles ready to fall off if my roof, after looking closer I could see leakage. I called Pruden many times for over a 2 month period and could not get anyone to answer thier phone. I left messages every time and no one would ever returned any of my calls. Don't waste your time on these IDIOTS, they do not stand behind thier work.

We called and left a message over two weeks ago to inquire about having our roof replaced after all the rain storms subside. As of today, we still have not had our call returned.
