Had a small roof leak, showed inspector exactly where the leak was located. And rather than go into the attic to inspect, he walked the roof and inspected the roof which he wasn't instructed to do. Tells me that the our 4 year old roof may need to be replaced because of a few issues. Asked if he was going to inspect for the leak, said no, don't need to plus my ladder is too short to reach the attic. So typical of the contractors in Florida.

Providential Roofing gets 10+ stars. After the hurricane our general contractor sent a bogus sub-contractor to replace our roof. Started leaking. Finally, they contacted a real roofer, Providential Roofing, to replace our roof.

Aaron Bailey, VP, Doug Pyne and Tom Molay, Proj. Mgr. are all professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable in roofing and the construction industry. They were timely in their response and the nicest people we have had the privilege of working with.

December 18-19th we got a new roof and it is perfect.

Roofing crew was very skilled and didn't waste a minute of time. Project Manager was on the job both days. When the job was completed on Tuesday afternoon, they left our roof, home and yard immaculate.

Please don't make your choice of roofers based on cost. Your roof is the most important part of your home and needs the most considerations. Providential used only top-of-the line roofing products and qualified roofers and therefore, gave us a 25-year warranty.

We now feel very safe and the roof looks great in every detail. It was the best Christmas present ever!

First time replacing a roof on my home. Ryan set up an appointment with me and walked us through the entire process. Laid everything out, gave us realistic time frames, gave us recommendations as well as many options for shingles. He educated us while also leaving opportunity for us to ultimately decide.

The roof was done within a few days and honestly could not have been more pleased. I went with a significantly lighter color than what was on there previously and it looks amazing. I can already feel a difference in temperature maintenance in my house from a better covered and sealed roof.

Ryan was in constant communication with any and all updates throughout the entire process. The fascia guy came out after the roof was done and he let me know that would be occurring before the roof project was even done.

As far as nails go, I am also very pleased. He came by, on a Saturday and ran the magnet multiple times. I also have my own magnet and was totally impressed by the LACK of nails I was able to find. The roofers did put down tarps as well. But knowing there are over 26,000 nails being pulled and put on, I was pleasantly surprised how little I found.

All and all what I thought would be the most stressful thing, ended up being an absolute breeze. Thank you so much Ryan and Providential Roofing for my new beautiful roof!

Ryan Courtney came to my neighbor's home today to give an estimate. I grabbed him before he got up his ladder to let him know to come to my home after the one he was at. Came over and immediately fixed the ridge tiles that had blown off. I have been waiting for someone, anyone , to even return a call since the hurricane and I couldn't believe my luck to have found him.
