Skip this one. I followed up twice to get my quote. Clearly they aren't interested in actually making money. . I found someone who is responsive and definitely wants my money.

I called for an estimate, Jacob came out within a few days. I had received multiple roofing estimates and chose to go with Protek based on product, price, and reviews. I'm not sure how they possible have so many good reviews. Everything was great, quick, responsive, until I paid the down payment (half the total cost). Then, it became hard to get responses via text or email for an install date, then they scheduled one without me having a say. Then my install date got rescheduled & ended up on a day I was out of town. I came home two days later to a huge mess left on my driveway, yard, and pool. I spent hours cleaning shingles, nails, tools, and other hardware out of my pool and yard. I sent an email to the field supervisor and the office with photos. They sent a pool service and someone to clean the yard (although I had already done most of it). And I continued to find pieces even after that.. including plastic packaging about 4 feet long clogging my skimmer to my pool pump. Apparently a full pool service doesn't even check or empty the skimmer. The roofers left my old gutters all around my house and on my yard, which killed my grass waiting for gutter install which kept getting pushed back despite being told upfront that everything would be done in one day. I kept emailing and texting asking for gutter install date, no response. Randomly got an email with gutter install appointment. That date came and went and nobody showed up to do gutters I. I emailed, no response. The field supervisor said the gutter guys got in an accident the night before, but the other supervisor said that the gutter people no call no showed.. either way, zero communication to the customer. Finally my realtor got in touch and set up a call with a supervisor for me who set up a gutter install date (20 days later..). The gutter company showed up two hours late but finally showed and installed. Protek never made things right after all this stress and headache. Would never recommend. Hopefully my roof and gutters were installed properly and are quality.
