I would definitely recommend Protecta for your roofing repairs. I needed a roof repair done ASAP in order to complete repairs during escrow requested by our buyer and Jhonny and his team were able to get it done at a truly reasonable price for me. I probably called 15-20 roofing companies and none were able to commit to doing the repairs I needed within my timeframe (which was completely unreasonable of course but I didn't want to hold up closing on the sale of my home). Jhonny came recommended from a contractor I worked with in the past and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again!

This review is for customer service only, we didn't end up using Protecta for our roof.

We messaged Protecta after our original roofing contractor tried to double our contract price for wood. We needed someone to perform the wood work and beat the other contractors price. Diego came out to inspect our roof and see if they could give us a better price. They gave us a better price. We really liked Diego and thought their pricing was fair. For reasons unrelated to Diego and Protecta, we went with a different contractor.

We would use Protecta in the future and recommend them. They were responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I can't say enough about the outstanding service we received with Protecta Roofing!
Jhonny Martinez came out and gave us a fair estimate on the replacement of our roof. He was professional, polite, answered all of our questions, and got the estimate emailed over very quickly. Once we accepted the estimate, the deposit to start was extremely reasonable, and they scheduled the work to start in a timely manner. Jhonny also worked closely with our solartube company to ensure everyone was on the same page.
The foreman, Pedro, and the roofers, plus Alejandro who installed the gutters, were all very professional, and I could tell they knew what they were doing. Our roof is now fixed and beautiful.
If you go with Protecta (which I highly recommend) ask for Jhonny specifically because he will be with you from the beginning of the project to the end, and I think his oversight of every aspect on our project was key to why everything ran so smoothly!

I looked into several roofing companies to get my roof replaced and this company was honest showed up right away and got right to the point. When I got the estimate, I called and made the arrangements to have them come out and redo my roof they were on time they worked extremely hard and did excellent work. I had to have them come back just to repair a couple of minor things and they showed up exactly when they said and did it very well. Jhonny was the person that came to my home and gave me the quote and walked me through everything. The foreman on the job did a great job and I highly recommend this company if you need a new roof or any repairs.
