His crew arrived and they were able to rip off the old roof and replace the new one all in one day. When they left they cleaned up everything and you would never know that they were there other than we had a new roof. Their prices were reasonable and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the future.

Great customer service and communication. Jhonny was very prompt and through. Did not push for a new roof and repaired the roof where the leak was. They also did the rain gutters to prevent further spillage into the wall. They had a competitive cost as well. Crew largely cleaned up debris afterwards.

When Johnny Martinez came over, he listened carefully to our concerns and did a full inspection, letting us know what options we had for the issues we have noticed. He even found a few loose tiles that he eased back into place, and let us know how we can make our roof last a few more years before we may finally need to replace this original construction. All this as part of a free estimate - and explained in great detail. These days you need someone you can trust to maintain your home's major systems. Johnny's service today definitely wants me to make Protecta my roofer.

His communication from the beginning of the project was better than I could've asked for. He even came out to fly his drone after we rented our house to make sure the fumigators didn't break any tiles on the roof. UPDATE! The roof is finished and I couldn't be happier! I don't know much about roofing, but compared to the job that the other jerk did, it looks AMAZING. And no leaks and no dirt falling from the ceiling!!! The project manager, Jhonny, had excellent communication the entire time and was one of the most courteous people I've ever worked with. My crew, Ramon, Gelasio, Dennis, Darwin and Mario Jr., showed up aright on time, was considerate towards my neighbors, worked tirelessly in the sun with the torch (so hot!!) and cleaned up everyday before quitting time. I'm excited to have them fabricate gutters for me in the spring! I definitely recommend this team 100%.
