Once again, our old house had a roof leak because whoever installed the roof years ago cut corners. This time it was one of the main roof vents that started leaking during the last storm. The flashing was not adequately sealed and the drain channels were blocked by wood...apparently, the large gap in the flashing seal is where roof rats had occasionally entered the attic space?

Big thanks to Juan for working us into the schedule, quickly identifying the problem, and then installing it correctly according to building code. Juan's expertise has saved us so many times over the years. Thank you for your help

First off, they DONT answer their e-mails, so I finally called them, Juan called me
and said he would come by later that day and give me an estimate, he said he would call about an hour before he came, I said, ""come by anytime, just call before you get here"". Well he never called that day, or the next, or the next, so I called one of the other numbers, no answer, so I left a message, No call back, for couple more days,
so I call the first number on Friday, and the lady says, he will come by on Monday
morning, I said ok, Monday comes around, he never showed up, NOT EVEN a call !

I'm done with this, there is no excuse for this, at least call and say you can't show up
or do it, now the rain is here and hoping my roof won't leak !

My husband and I were very apprehensive on getting our roof done, had interviewed several roofing companies, but Juan was knowledgable and able to make us both feel like we were making a good decision with him. And Juan and his team were great! They arrived on time daily and they were quiet when arriving as well. We live in a small cul-de-sac and noise reverberates throughout so any excess noise is heard by all. We needed three layers of roof removed and they were able to do it in one day and we're very neat as well! They finished before the scheduled time and it came out beautifully!! The pic posted is around half way done. I recommend them whole-heartedly!!
