We've had PROTECH ROOFING do some work for us when we first moved into our home years ago. They're a great family owned business. We were happy with the work they did and recommended them to our family and some friends. Several of which have had roofs put on by Joe and his company. We needed some help after one of the hurricanes and I called PROTECH. The owner Joe, went out of his way to send one of the crew members over and they took care of us right away. I was amazed at the value they provide. Our job was small (thank goodness) yet he sent someone over even while they were so busy because of the hurricanes. THAT is customer service! Taking care of returning customers and helping them and making them feel valued and heard in their time of need! If you need roof work or a new roof, look no further! In my opinion, you just found the best roofer around!

Everything about Protech Roofing Services is top notch, I highly recommend them. When I called for an estimate, the receptionist was friendly and fit me in for an appointment date two days later. The sales manager, Joe Pchelka, showed up on time and inspected the roof. Joe is extremely professional and personable. Work began on the roof within a month of signing the contract and was completed in two days. The new roof is beautiful, and the workman left no trace of ever being there - my yard was spotless. Also, no sub-contractor nonsense here, the workmen work for Protech. It was a pleasure to do business with this company and they exceeded my expectations.

We purchased our home a couple of years back believing the roof had been replaced two years prior, (a view of the permit history confirmed that a Hernando County roofing company had indeed replaced this roof four years ago). After suffering numerous leaks and the original company failing to repair we engaged Protech to replace our roof in its entirely. They discovered an enormous amount of rotten wood, poor workmanship and inferior quality materials during their roofing process. They provided us with detailed pictures that were clear, concise and was confirmation the previous roofing company failed to roof the house properly. Protech began work on time, very professional, showed us everything they were going to do to make us happy. They were on budget, they cleaned up all of their materials we couldn't be happier. I would recommend Protech to anyone that needs roofing in our area. Our new professional Protech roof looks fantastic and no leaks!

I did my due diligence and got three estimates for a new roof on a two story home. Joe and Protech came prepared. They had the best options on roof shingles, material and timing for installation. We cannot say enough about this company. They are very professional, they were ahead of schedule. They put tarps down and when the job was complete they went around the house with magnets to make sure there were no nails on the ground. I would recommend this roofing company any day.
