We started upgrades with a windows and roofing at the same time. Got the custom windows ordered and placed within 3 months. This roofing company DO NOT communicate with you. I understood that things are sitting on the port, but when I have paid my money (cash), I need to be informed, especially if I am told that something will happen and never get and update. They REALLY need to communicate.
