After the ice storm in February, our roof was in incredibly poor shape. There were leaks throughout the home and as soon as we were able we started looking for experts to advise us what to do.

After creating a project in yelp, the team responded promptly, and I was soon connected with Robert A. Robert was communicative, prompt, and patient from the beginning. The job ended up expanding in scope from the initial estimate (began as a repair of a section of the roof and turned into a full replacement), and the changes were handled smoothly. We were comparing several bids so it took some time for us to review all of the options. We made our decision based on the pre-sale experience (which was fantastic) and an overview of the estimate itself, which was thorough and thoughtful.

Once we decided, Robert was able to slot us into the schedule within about a week. The project itself took only day--the team was in and out. Furthermore, the roof itself was in worse shape in some places than expected, the number of layers removed was higher than planned as well, but the change in pricing was very reasonable. Robert was professional to the max--always communicating, sending photos, etc. We're so glad we went with Prosperity Roofing for this project, and if we ever need another roofing job done they will be the first team we go to.

I called Prosperity to come inspect my moms roof after a bad hail storm that we had last April. I've called many different companies to get quotes and all of them were over priced or were unable to come inspect my roof in a timely manner. I wanted to ensure my mom was not over paying for the service. Westley is the person that helped my mom and I! He was extremely professional and showed me in detail what needed to be fixed so I understood! We had a great experience with Hunter from Prosperity Roofing. He took care of the whole job,
from rotten wood needing to be replaced to a whole new roof as well as gutters and down spouts
to screen windows and window trim.
First step began with the work Tino's guys did ...they went above and beyond what I asked for replacing much of the trim
and then painting all the trim so that it all looked brand new by the time they finished.
Next day the roofers showed up bright and early ...Saoul (hope I got his name right) introduced himself and said I could speak to him with any questions or concerns during the process. The guys quickly set about placing tarps around the whole house to catch the old roofing material
They also brought a large portable bin that fit compactly on the driveway and kept the work site quite tidy throughout the day.
When they were done they cleaned up again! next day Hunter came by to pick up anything leftover and inspect the job in daylight.
Final step was with Misael, he showed up to discuss the gutter system being replaced , again friendly and professional offering solutions to issues.
It turned out to be a stressless experience and my house looks great because Hunter surrounds himself with quality people
