We had these guys put a new roof on for us as well as repair some additional damage from the huge hail storm in Carrollton in 2018. What really added an extreme amount of value was how the owner used to work in insurance adjustment, and had someone qualified go up on the roof with the insurance person, and they really advocated for better coverage and repairs than the insurance first wanted to cover. They even made the adjuster come back again and walked through things with them, and advocated on my behalf with insurance more eloquently than I could. They carefully explained all our options and were able to get us a gorgeous new roof for less than I thought! We upgraded to some better quality roof shingles and it looks absolutely amazing. I felt like everyone I dealt with was polite and knowledgeable and we referred them to several of our neighbors. All three of us who worked with them are really happy with heir work, and even my impossible to please father was extremely impressed with the quality of the work - and that's saying something coming from him. We plan on using them again for other repairs and we appreciate the other people they brought in for window repairs as well.
