The salesman Brian H. Was professional and provided a quote immediately. I thought finally I found a contractor in Florida who is good. The Coronavirus postponed installation. The foreman Andy called and scheduled for Wednesday. The crew never showed. I called Thursday morning and the crew came out. I knew I would have to babysit the crew when a worker hands me the building permit and told me I had to call myself for inspections. Thank goodness for building inspectors in Melbourne Beach. On the buck inspection he made the crew make repairs and add more weatherproof tape. The didn't bring any materials for my Hardyboard trim. Returned the following week with the wrong width trim and installed anyway with my objections. They took a shortcut adding foam to fill an 1 1/2"" gap. The building inspector failed the whole job. They did repair with correct trim but I wonder why they would even think of shortcutting. My neighbor is having a worse experience with them installing the wrong size windows and foam large gaps instead of building out the bucks. They could of had more work in our complex but I will NOT recommend them. DO NOT USE this company for window installation. 0 stars from me!!!!!

No only did they not fix the leaks I hire them for, the repair took months r than expected. They did not come back to fix the leaks because they said they were not there to fix the leaks I hire them for. Could not communicate with the actual workers, as they did not speak English. We agreed on a three part payment, and they wanted their last payment before the project was complete, it took that long. Now two years later I have new leaks where they replaced the roof. So it
was a waste of $9,000. As I have to have the job done all over again, of course by another roofing company.
Don't waste your money, or your time. Would not have even given them one star.

We are very pleased with our replaced hurricane level and turtle tinted sliding glass doors for our main room and master bedroom. Daryl was the best, meticulous, detailed and conscientious with his work, don't see very much of these qualities. the others who worked only gave bare minimum and left when they put enough hours. didn't get the job done and sloppy. Daryl took up the slack and was professional and kind. Can't say more than enough about Daryl, PRC should be fortunate to have someone like him who will work more and go beyond. Thank you Daryl for all your hard work and wonderful customer service!!!

This company was the worst contractor experience of my life. They took five times longer than they promised, didn't show up when they said they would be there, and after they were done I still had water intrusion into my house. Some of the work was done wrong and was only corrected when another contractor pointed out the error of PRC's employees. An absolute nightmare experience.

The experience with PRC was not as good as expected. While the work to replace our gutters was completed on schedule, the workmanship was not at the level we expected. I had three corner leaks that had to be repaired, and while doing this found several mounting screws that were missing or needed to be tightened. I completed the repairs with a different contractor due to PRC not having the time to work on them.

I called for an estimate last Fri the 25th they called back today and said someone would get back to me today. They returned my call at 6pm and I apologized I got a great quote, Allen Degumbia hung up on me. Rude! Look on line at their reviews, not impressive.

I wish I would have read the reviews on this company before I hired them. They broke my atrium glass and have not replace it yet. Going on four weeks. They left uneven cuts in my sky lights and have not fixed. can't seem to keep an appointment and they always claim Im not home.

I wonder why they're still in business.
They're 3 weeks late, and about halfway through on a job that they told us they could do in 5 days. No one takes responsibility for anything. They tell you whatever they think you want to hear just to avoid dealing with you. You can tell when they're lying, because there is sound coming out of their mouths.
Siding barely acceptable. They're still jerking us around on the roofing.
STAY AWAY!! FAR, FAR AWAY!!

H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E. Oh boy, where do I start. We hired this company to upgrade to a metal roof, upgrade to impact resistant windows, and repaint our home.
1) Roof- did not order enough material and left us hanging with an incomplete roof for almost a month. They wanted to use leftover material (from a Cumberland Farms job they did in Vero Beach 6 months prior).
2) Windows- ""lost"" a window from the manufacturer in Ocala delaying the process, then ordered a non privacy bathroom window that even further delayed the process.
3 ) Paint - Didn't make it to that point! ""Relieved them of duty"" after three different painters (subcontractors!) came by and said it would be like putting lipstick on a pig.
Wound up spending an additional $$$$ having entire house re-stucco'd by Jim at Quality Stucco (who I would HIGHY recommend).
