We planned a major bathroom remodel of two bathrooms and the addition of a 1/2 bath/powder room. We got bids from 4 contractors and Promodeling, Inc. was the best. They created a clear and detailed proposal with a competitive price. Alexandria, our project manager, is helping, knowledgeable, and a genuinely nice person. She helped with the design and maintained excellent communication throughout. Juan, the foreman, and his crew did excellent work. They arrived on time everyday and cleaned up daily. They all kept the project moving along. Alexandria handled all of the permit issues with the city. We highly recommend them for any project.

We hired Promodeling for a bathroom and basement floor remodeling project. From the beginning, both the owner (Guy) and the project manager (Mike) were very attentive, friendly, and informative about the process, constantly communicating and giving us updates thru their app and by phone. Even when issues arised during construction, the project manager was very quick in making sure every one of our concerns was resolved. Overall, I will highly recommend the company for any project small or large. We were extremely happy with the timeline and the finished product.

I had a really ""GREAT"" experience with Promodeling Inc. I had my kitchen and bathroom totally gutted and transformed. I totally love the results! Dante our Project Manager took us all the way from design to build, he was knowledgeable, responsive and very professional. I also received a great help with sourcing materials, design and contractor discounts from some vendors. The construction crew especially Juan the foreman was very helpful, work hard, clean, respectful to our space and what I am mostly appreciated it's the final touch.
The project took about 8 weeks, initially I got promised it will take only 7 weeks but one week of delay is means nothing compare to other stories of delays I have heard.
The bid I received from Dante was on the high side compare to others I got but I decided to go with Promodeling after I was referred to them through a friend. I feel lucky that I got what I paid for,! I have now beautiful kitchen, relocated some plumbing, upgrade all new electrical, new island and most efficient lay out that fits my needs. In the bathroom I changed the bath tub into a shower and install all new fixtures. I highly recommend Dante and the team of Promodeling to any and all people wanting to do a remodel thank you so much for a job well done!

We could not have been happier with Mike Lafata and the crew who worked so hard at our massive flooding remediation project. Not only did the work get done on time and on budget but we got consistent feedback and suggestions that assisted in project completion and not by adding on $ but just by giving common sense recommendations. As our Project Manager Mike was awesome. He was personable, communicative and above all had our best interests at heart. We will be calling next time we need assistance on our property. Mike also took such good care of his crew who were sometime working in a 9 foot deep trench digging out dirt. Not a job for the weak. Mike checked in on them and brought them lunch and snacks on the hard days. Much respect.

Promodeling did a fantastic job remodeling our Master and downstairs bathrooms! Michael Lafata managed the project and efficiently coordinated all the service professionals including a demolition team, carpenters plumbers, electricians, shower door installers, cabinet makers and countertop installers. The construction included framing, electrical, plumbing, tile, solid surface countertops with waterfalls, frameless glass door, grab bars and much more. This project was completed on time and on budget. We LOVE our new bathrooms and highly recommend Promodeling.

Mike Lafata and team were very innovative in addressing a water issue that we had after the crazy rains of Winter 22/23.

The solution provided was less drastic and intrusive than ideas other vendors had with great effect and half the cost.

Mike was able to diagnose where our water was confirmed from but no one else could definitively unless we were to spend even more money with a hydrologist. Not saying that he is, but it all made sense and worked in a dry period prior to even more storms.

BTW the solution was to dig a deeper than existing French drain, concrete our home perimeter with a pitch to channel water above ground and connect gutter water spouts to a clear out under ground to the side of the house and then the street, while as a final measure install a sump pump in a custom but aesthetically pleasant and cohesive closet in our basement where previously there was water seeping from the foundation due to underground saturation from a neighborhood hill that drains to our property's foundation.

1950s bathroom remodel to modern! We swapped toilet and vanity locations and also added an extra feature so I could turn on the water on the left and let the water warm up before stepping into my new shower. Promodeling designer Alexandra was absolutely great to work with. Easy communication, planning, and really made it easy for me to make quick decisions. The guys working on the bathroom were thorough and quick. I highly recommend this company and Alexandra for your next remodel project!

First of all:
Quote from Contractors Licensing Board:
""When a contractor performs improvement work without a local building permit, it is a violation of Business and Professions (B&P) Code sections 7110 and 7090"" .
- love how you wrote it in the 3rd person as if you didn't write it yourself
- the email you sent on March 29th with the"" attachment"" is beyond ridiculous. The email stated that Suzanne had a form that says I didn't want a permit but she ""forgot"" to show me and have me sign it. The attached form you attached had no signatures. See the picture of the email and form. So unprofessional and a straight up lie.
- The 1/2 bath was here before I bought the house. If I didn't want the remodel done to code and legal, I wouldn't have paid for a permit or a licensed contractor and could have hired the same unskilled and unlicensed workers you did for half the cost.
