Owner, disappointed in the the fact he dropped the ball multiple times while project was ongoing and even for several months a year later about issues with the original job called me directly after I said I would have to pursue legal options if I didn't hear from them after four months of being ghosted. He called me me and said he was shocked that I would pursue legal action and that I was acting like a victim and I was not a man and I should man up! Issue on the wrong size trim has been corrected now after much stress and time on my side but congrats on your Boston marathon you lowly piece of a business owner. Also, three weeks later and not a peep from that company as if I'm satisfied or not!
