I called Tyler and he showed up with a mask and My wife and I Instantly knew he had respect for his clients. Tyler and the person that came with him were patient answered all of our questions, and when he did not know the answer he got the answer from another professional. Tyler's expertise and availability was spot on...we could call anytime and ask questions and he never onced rushed us.....He came peiodically to check on the progression of the roof work and he would ask ""Did the crew clean up"" and he would tell us what time the would arrive the next day., Of course you should check behind the crew.....we did find one area of work that challenged us ....We called Tyler and he took care of it with no problem . Progressive energy solutions also installs solar panels, well we already had solar panels up and they knew exactly how to take them off and put them back up and they did a good job. The crews were always polite and nice.
Progressive energy solutions were fair in their pricing and they found out things that were wrong with our roof and did not charge us for correcting it.
This company also does not nickle and dime you throughout the process......they asked for much less than 10 percent to start and they did not ask for the rest until the roof was complete.
I would work with Tyler and progressive energy solutions again and I would highly recommend them.....The owner also came and checked on us also.

Had a problem with my solar inverter and Dave came out the very next morning to troubleshoot and repair. Even though he didn't install my solar system he was very knowledgeable on it and took care of everything working with the warranty company.

I just bought a home and had never had solar panels. We contacted Progressive Energy Solutions and had the pleasure of dealing with David. He is extremally professional and caring. He saw our home within an hour of calling him. He found our issue as to why our solar panels weren't recording solar activity. He also went above and beyond to call Edison and notify them of new ownership which nobody had told us we had to do. David could've just said give Edison a call, but he went above and beyond for our family. I would recommend you give David a call if you're looking to get solar panels for your home. We hired them to replace our roof. They did so much damage that we had to let them go. They used cheap particle board and scrap wood to fix holes and replace our fascia. Additionally, the owner and director are absolutely devoid of ethics, often resorting to yelling, cursing and belittling the very people who pay their checks.

Ultimately, we reported them to the California State Licensing Board and the Better Business Bureau. The CSLB found several violations. They are still under investigation, due to the fact that David tried to put a Mechanic's Lien on our house, even though he was over-paid for the work performed, by about $2000.

I have made it a point to state that I have made $0 for writing this review. Read the negative reviews and make an informed decision.

Been 21 days since we cancelled our project, within allotted 3 time period, and still have NO returned deposit check. Worst customer service ever. Definitely know we made the right choice not proceeding with them. Beyond frustrated.

UPDATE- it only took 7 months to get my deposit back
