I used Progressive 1 Roofing and Construction for a leak in my roof and I was extremely happy with the work they performed and the customer service. Erin N. was the project manager and she was awesome to work with. She was very attentive and walked me thru the entire process. She had a great team of people working for her and she made the entire experience pain free. Actually, for having work done to my roof, it was actually pleasurable! :) She knew exactly what was needed and got a team of professionals out to my location on time and within a day. She followed up with calls before the crew arrived, when they finished and the following day to make sure I was satisfied. Overall, everything was great. While I hope that I don't have any more issues, I know that I will use Progressive 1 and Erin if I ever have the need again.

My mother had a horrible roof leak thank god for the emergency response. We reallly appreciate it! They had someone out the very next day! Walked us through the insurance process completely. These men did a great job replacing my roof after the massive hail storm in Odessa, TX. They were professional and their crew was efficient and CLEAN (left my yard, etc. cleaner than they found it). They even repaired what they knew SHOULD be repaired that I had not asked for. Great experience.
