We recently had our roof replaced by ProFormance Roofing who I highly recommend! From the salesman on down to the material delivery, the workers, and the clean up, it was perfect. They were on time, covered my bushes to keep the garbage out of the landscaping, and came back afterward to get possible nails and metal scraps with a magnet!

The inspector just left our Tampa house and gave us our passing status. He said they did a great job and ""their lines are very straight"". Daniel was our sales rep/main contact and was very professional and over-all genuine. He was very responsive to my texts and kept us up-to-date with the entire process. Proformance Roofing replaced the original tile roof on our home with a new tile roof. They did an outstanding job. The roof looks great and we have received many compliments from our neighbors. The workers always arrived as promised and worked hard all day. Not only was the workmanship excellent, but their customer service and support were also outstanding. The manager for our job was Jose Diana, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Jose, if not on site was always available via phone to answer any of our questions. Jose constantly kept us informed on the current status of the work and the steps that were to follow. Jose went out of his way to be sure that we were completely satisfied with our new roof. Also, Damian Lopez who was the supervisor did a great job. Like Jose, Damian did whatever was necessary to be sure that we were completely satisfied. The professionalism, communications, conscientiousness, dedication, reliability, and customer service demonstrated by Jose, Damian, and Proformance Roofing was impressive. I am extremely pleased with the product and installation. The salesman and crew were exceptional. Just last week after a heavy rain I noticed a small drip leak coming from a vent pipe in my garage. I called Proformance and they sent a tech out the following day to seal the vent base which fixed the leak. (This was 13 months after install). So they clearly back their warranty.
