Cary Chapman's company was recommended by neighbors and we were so happy to find them. Everything was handled in a professional manner. The job was done very quickly with top-grade materials. We have a lot of ""stuff"" in our yard and patio (plants, yard art, and a large metal statue) and they were great about moving what could be moved and working around what couldn't be moved. After the roof was done, the crew cleaned up so well you couldn't tell anyone had been at work.

We had Cary and his crew at Professional Roofing Systems replace our 30 year old roof earlier this month and they did a fantastic job! They had to replace some plywood decking, put all new synthetic underlayment, vent covers, and the CertainTeed Landmark High Def Max Shingle...it all looks great together. He also hooked me up with a great exterior painter and a gutter install to complete the package. Everything was professional, great quality, and Cary inspected everything as it was being done.

I am not able to find my original review of this company to remove it . This was not the company I was referring to. I have never had any dealings with Professional Roofing Services. I apologize for the review getting attached to Professional Roofing Services and will continue to search for my original review and remove it. I rated it at a 4 only because I haven't had them do a roof for me.

This company is a class act! Signed the contract and a few hours later a truck delivered the materials. I didn't have to finance the job. The following day the crew came to work and was finished by dusk, this was during daylight savings time. One person was dedicated for trash duty so the sight was always clean, no nail problem very professional I was totally satisfied 95% of all the replacement roofs in my subdivision have done by this company.

My aging roof needed replacement and I took bids from three contractors. Cary gave me a detailed bid and I liked the product and warranty he included best. His crew did a good job, completed the work in one day and did an adequate job of cleaning up after the tear off. I have no complaints with the roofing crew's work.

I wasn't happy with the location of a roof vent and asked Cary to move it to a less obvious place. He said he would work it into his schedule and had a job coming up close to my house in the next week. To make a long story short, 3 1/2 months later and several promises of next week, the requested change is still not done.

I also live in a county where Texas Windstorm Insurance Association certification on repair work is required to purchase windstorm insurance. Inspections were done while the work was in process as required, but the documents weren't filed with TWIA so the certification wasn't completed. This process that should have taked a week or two at most. I learned about the failure to file almost 3 months later. I contacted Cary and the inspection engineer's office. Fortunately, due to my actions, the inspection certificate was filed with TWIA or I wouldn't have been covered for windstorm damage. The engineer's office told me they had put the filing ""on hold"". I can only wonder why an engineer would not complete his job in a timely manner.

My recommendation to anyone considering ""Professional"" Roofing Systems for your work is to withhold full payment until you are sure everything is completed to your satisfaction. Don't count on Cary to honor his word after he has been paid.

Sorry to leave this review as I have had a great experience previously with Cary in our business relationship as I did services for him. He promised to pay, indicated the check was in the mail, emails saying he was busy or on vacation and would get back to me, not to stop services but that everything was great and after many MANY attempts, even a demand letter from my attorney, still has yet to pay the 3 months past due. Sadly, we will have to take this to small claims court to settle when all that would be required is to pay for the services that I completed, that he said he would pay for time and time again. Very sad that a company with ""professional"" in it's name and claims integrity... can't be.

The gentleman came to my house twice before I made my decision, to address and explain any and all concerns. The materials, installation and cleanup was as promised. They did a great job and the pictures he texted to me during the installation kept me well informed.
I chose this company after 3 other bids and diligent research. I am very satisfied with my decision. Being a small business owner myself, I recognize and appreciate integrity and good customer service. I encourage anyone in need of a roof to give them the opportunity to earn your business.

This company does a quality job. Their estimate was very detailed and matched the final job cost. They did not use nail guns and used 6 nails per shingle, so we got the high wind protection that we needed. They picked up their trash, which was placed dumped only on the driveway. They swept the yard for stray nails with a magnet broom and we have found no nails in the month since the job. Thoroughly recommend this company!
