Very disappointed with this company's unprofessional conduct. I had the same issue as the other reviewer in which the incremental cost was extremely outrageous. I made calculations and based on the incremental square footage, his increase in cost made no sense.

And, to add insult to injury, when I requested an explanation and breakdown of the increase in cost, I wasn't provided with one but simply kept on getting billed. Once I spoke to the owner and demanded an explanation, he was extremely rude and unprofessional.

To close, I do not recommend this company even if it is the lowest bidder by far.

Without getting long winded, I'll say the pros and the cons....

Pros
1) The Roof looks good. It has not rained yet, so the jury is still out on the workmanship.

Cons
1) I did not realize that I incurred and incremental cost of almost $1,200 until I received the final invoice. No COMMON COURTESY to notify me ahead of time
2) They left a trash hauler in my drive way the entire weekend, after the work was completed...classy.
3) They did not remove the gutters until I reminded them once everything completed. They then left those gutters in my back yard. The gutters would have fit nicely in the trash hauler they left in my drive way over the weekend, but they already took it away?
4) If they tell you they will put a cover over the pool while they work, they are lying.
5) There is a reason they keep calling you after you received the initial estimate. I guess when you are as unprofessional as them, you need the work.

All in all, this was a easy fix. The could have been upfront with the incremental costs, did everything they stated they would, and finished the job by painting the trim on the house behind the gutters that were removed...They chose not to. This was my experience and it is a shame, because it was pretty good until that point.
