What an amazing company! They gave us a fantastic price, did not try to upsell later, and honored every time commitment they made! They answered every phone call and worked the the city inspector, and the solar company we used to get the job coordinated and completed on time! The showed up on time, with a huge crew (they didn't try and short staff it) and they were so respectful, and helpful and they cleaned up the yard every day! The cleaned up, and used the blower for dust even. We cannot recommend them highly enough! Wish I could give them even more stars!

I highly recommend Professional Roofing for any repair work for your roof! Augustine and his crew came out in a timely manner and gave me a great quote to fix tiles that were causing a leak to my home. Not only did they do the work, they took before and after pictures to show me all the work was done. No surprises or hidden extra charges, they came on time and completed the work on time. I will use them again for any issues with any of my rental properties for all roof repairs.

Update: Shortly after I posted this and messaged them I received a call back and Augustin came in about 10mins. 1 hour late but Augustin met wit my father instead of me, since I was no longer available. My father said Augustin was pleasant and gave a thorough review of the situation and quote on the spot.

No one showed to the meeting. The meeting was confirmed via email. I drove 30 miles and 40 minutes for the meeting and got no call that no one was showing. 50 mins later I gave up that anybody was coming.

Thank you Professional Roofing for coming out quickly and fixing our leaky roof. Thank you also for noticing that our builder forgot to install a drain, and that was the reason for the rain draining onto the roof of our front porch. Highly recommend Professional Roofing. Agustin patiently walked us through the process of re roofing. He gave us the best estimate. He could have taken advantage of our lack of knowledge as other problems in the roof was found and perhaps jacked up the price for the add ons. But he is very honest and gave us pricing that is very reasonable. The job was well done, the warranty is the best.
He responds quickly, even meeting us to our convenience. As owner, he was very hands on - on the site supervising his crew.
Best of all is the price for the materials use and labor warranty.

I used this company last year for repairs and originally thought they did a good job. They tried to sell me a new roof prior to doing the repairs and I told them that I would call them back when ready, which I did in December 2018 to obtain a quote for a new roof. Freddy gave me a date and time for an estimate and never showed up. I texted him several times and my messages went unanswered. I also found out while getting new quotes from reputable roofing companies that the repair job that Professional Roofing did last year was below roofing standards and pointed out various issues. I am so glad that I did not use Professional Roofing for my new roof. Be cautious with this company. I understand that roofing companies are busy during the rainy season but should have the courtesy to inform potential customers that they cannot accept the job and/or answer messages explaining that they are too busy.
