Agustin and his team are extremely professional, reliable and finished our roof in a timely/efficient manner. The whole project came out great and was done at a competitive price point (what more can anyone ask for?!). All communication was clear and everything was written which assured me they meant serious business, and was drafted up quickly on the spot.

We needed our underlayment changed. Augustine came out and gave us a competitive quote, got permits, and worked with the city inspector. Augustine quoted 2 weeks to complete but actually finished in a week.

After getting an estimate for roof repairs from the company I had used 15 years ago to install a new roof, I decided to shop around to see if the estimate amount was a fair price. I checked on Yelp reviews for a roofer with good ratings and I came across a few. Yelp gave me the option of requesting a quote so I just entered a form with all the issues on my roof that needed correcting. Yelp then offered the option of sending the same quote request to 5 other companies and Professional Roofing was one of them. I read the reviews on all the roofing companies including Professional Roofing. Agustin replied within 5 minutes so after reviewing the comments on his company I made arrangements with him for an estimate. Agustin arrived at precisely the time and day we scheduled the estimate. During the inspection he took 13 photos of the roof and gave a thorough explanation of the repair. A few minutes later he submitted a written estimate with a price that was almost $1200 less than the first estimate I got. I discussed this immediately with my wife and we both agreed and felt confident to use Professional Roofing. Agustin's helper, Leo, showed up exactly on time on the scheduled day and proceeded to commence repairs. Agustin came over later to inspect the work performed by Leo. They were friendly, on time, cleaned up very well afterwards, and overall it was a great experience working with them. We are happy to have chosen them and will use them again for any other roofing needs. I highly recommend Agustin and Professional Roofing for any roofing service you may need.

I highly recommend Augustine and Professional Roofing. We had a clogged dryer vent that exited our home on the top of our second story roof, which required a licensed roofer to change out the vent. Augustine at Professional Roofing quickly returned my call, set up an appointment to check our dryer duct on our second-story roof within 24 hours, and completed all the repairs that included getting a custom vent made within a few days. He even went the extra mile to take a vacuum up on our roof to ensure that our dryer vent was completely cleaned out.

We were so impressed with Professional Roofing and Augustine. We give them our highest endorsement and would recommend them to anyone that is looking for an honest roofing company that can quickly respond to any roofing issue.

Fast response to my Yelp message and very efficient and timely throughout the whole process. Very knowledgeable about roofing and how to repair and improve what I felt was a very tricky situation of water damage and poor structural design.
