Agustin patiently walked us through the process of re roofing. He gave us the best estimate. He could have taken advantage of our lack of knowledge as other problems in the roof was found and perhaps jacked up the price for the add ons. But he is very honest and gave us pricing that is very reasonable. The job was well done, the warranty is the best.
He responds quickly, even meeting us to our convenience. As owner, he was very hands on - on the site supervising his crew.
Best of all is the price for the materials use and labor warranty.

I used this company last year for repairs and originally thought they did a good job. They tried to sell me a new roof prior to doing the repairs and I told them that I would call them back when ready, which I did in December 2018 to obtain a quote for a new roof. Freddy gave me a date and time for an estimate and never showed up. I texted him several times and my messages went unanswered. I also found out while getting new quotes from reputable roofing companies that the repair job that Professional Roofing did last year was below roofing standards and pointed out various issues. I am so glad that I did not use Professional Roofing for my new roof. Be cautious with this company. I understand that roofing companies are busy during the rainy season but should have the courtesy to inform potential customers that they cannot accept the job and/or answer messages explaining that they are too busy.

I wish I was able to post a good review about this company as it appeared the job would be well done in the beginning. I expected better quality control when paying more than $15k to have a roof redone. A couple months after the work was done i noticed an area where the wood was rotten and it was covered up by the metal trim instead of bringing to my attention in which I would easily pay to have them replace it. After calling the owner argued with me that they aren't responsible for the wood and that it would be an extra charge to replace. I wasn't concerned about paying for it, more that it wasn't done originally. The owner has since come out to look at it, quote me to fix it, scheduled the fix then never showed up to do the fix.

Update: the fix was eventually taken care of just not at the time we had scheduled. I upped my rating because of this.

This is a long overdue review. Last year in late October 2016, soon after we finished the master bathroom renovation project in our rental property, we face to deal with the roof leaks. We were anxious and worry of the cost. Surely, a few estimates after, we were told to have new roofing done with the pricey quotes. After hearing of my sharing, to of my good friends recommended their roofer, Agustin, to me. They both had works done on their individual homes with Agustin and told me he is reliable and honest. Thus Agustin came. He was more than what I had expected. He is understanding and knowledgeable. His price was reasonable. He advised and we agreed to re-roof the problematic flat mid section and deal with the premature aging tile sections of roof (not yet showing leak) in a later time to offset the cost. His crew came and finished the job promptly and professionally.

A few weeks afterward, unfortunately, a leak under the aging tile area happened. Agustin came promptly again. He went up the roof to do inspection and came back down to show me the problematic area around the access pipe on photo he took on his phone, then went back up with the sealant. Just like that, the problem was taken care. When I asked to pay him, he smiled and said it is on the house. I was very grateful. There were a few more monsoon rains afterward, but we do not hear (from my tenant) of any more roof leak this far.

In the course of the rain last year, we had also recommended him to our two other friends with satisfactions. We look forward to our long term business relationship. :)
