Proclaim Roofing, same owners as of Proclaim Roofing...
Proclaim Roofing & Solar has defrauded my solar installation, missing panels on install and several panels have been non-operational. I have tried to obtain their ""25"" year warranty, none of which have been honored and they have gone radio silent since October 2021.
I have extensive and detailed records detailing the lies in text messages and emails. To include complete fictitious reasons conjured by Proclaim Solar's Operations Director that were promptly called out by the electric company, all in text and email.
My experience with Proclaim Roofing was fantastic after the severe hail damage to my roof last year. Proclaim Solar reviews pepper their BBB page with similar horror stories.
I will update my post if Proclaim redresses their mess and accepts their responsibility.

Brad with Proclaim Roofing has been absolutely fantastic to work with. Fantastic communication, expectations, explanations, experience, knowledge, and promptness. When the work started, Proclaim Roofing arrived at 7AM sharp and were done that day!
We had severe damage from a recent hail storm in our area. Brad made sure to be here at the beginning of the time slot that we were given by the insurance companies inspector. He communicated updates, delays, and thoroughly explained everything when dealing with the insurance company. Brad also answered any questions I had throughout the entire process in a very timely manner.
To me communication is key. It is understandable if someone will be early or later. Many times I have had contractors show up to do the work days in advance or days late. Not that Brad was ever late, it is refreshing to not have a contractor show up early without notice to begin work, or not show up for days.

Wind tore off a shingle from my house and caused others to thump up and down with big gusts, which made a lot of noise inside. I called Tyler at Proclaim Roofing at the end of the day and he had a guy out first thing in the morning and fixed it. They were very nice, quick, and professional. I would recommend them for your roofing needs.

Beet roofing company around that actually holds to their word. Had one issue and there maintenance team was over within an hour to fix the problem completely.

I would like to have a reason to change my rating ,
I buy a new home in Dallas TX, I contact Proclaim Roofing ( I find them on google )
and spoke to Tyler M , from the first contact, I wasn't sure I would go with them. why? toke him a long time I want to say 10 days or more to get back to me. I am on a services business my self, and when I need to give a client estimate , I do it witting few hours.
any way, I was waiting on him, I wasn't in rush anyway.

after a long waiting time, witch I contact him again, he finally quoted me 7850$ for 1850Sq house . I didn't even shop around, I was OK with it.

I set up a date and time, I also told him about a small things I need him to do, ( Kick flashing to make sure the water not going to damage my doors ) and he agree.

the guys did show on time. over all, I think they did a good job, I need to see after its rain, to make sure no damages , the kick flashing on the first day, they didn't did. Mr Tyler say he would be there, he never show up.

I called him when they done, ask if he is coming? and ask what about the kick flashing I asked for, he say another crew will come tomorrow and finish that, I was OK with it.

also he asked me to leave my cashier check on the mail box and some one will pick it up, I wasn't very comfortable with it, after all its cashier check for large amount . I show up the next day to my house, no one pick up the check, so I toke it with me.

then one of his crew show up to pick up money, I say finish the kick flashing first please. so they went to Home Depot and did something, its not exactly what suppose to be, ( according to youtube how its suppose to be )

any how, they pick up the cashier check , now clearly told him from few days before I need a recite for my insurance , my home insurance are way high because the old roof, and I never receive that, few days after he text , soon as he cash the check. ( Cashier check yes )

I called the office few days after, they say the manager will call me back, and no one called, I texted Tyler again, and he is not even reply back now.


so over all, I guess I can say I am fine with the job they did ( lets see after the rain ) but the over all service by Tyler and the office , very not Happy.

Great communication throughout the entire process.

Jeremy Craig has been my contact throughout this whole job. My roof was pummeled in June 2018; the hail storm that blew through Carrollton at 4 am. Not only my roof but 2 out of my 3 skylights were damaged. Huge baseball sized holes in one of the sky lights.

Jeremy is very experienced in the process and always had answers to my many many questions. He was very accessible, by phone text and email. All forms of communication were utilized with excellent response times. when I didn't catch him on the first call, he returned my voice message impressively fast.

Jeremy was on my roof the same day I called him. He surveyed the damage and covered the holes in the skylights. He also came out again a few days later to be here and meet the insurance adjustor.

Jeremy walked me through the whole roof repair/insurance claim process. He provided a timely estimate which was very fair. Scheduled the job as soon as my insurance adjuster signed off. (He can also coordinate gutter replacement.)


On the day of roof replacement. The crew was there an hour earlier than scheduled. A little startled at first but in the end it worked out great! With This Texas heat it's understandable getting an early start. They finished the job around lunch time. This was shocking. I've been watching my neighbors who's roofs were taking 1-2 days. One house had a crew out there until 9pm! I was super impressed with the one day completion as promise.

I have been extremely pleased and satisfied would definitely choose this company again in the future.
I know this won't be the last hail storm.

My review is from a neighbor's perspective. I am the neighbor of a family who used Pro Claims Roofing. From the start of the project, the team of people replacing the roof used my entire yard as their trash pile. Old shingles, nails, drinking cups, wrapping, equipment and tools were everywhere! Their vehicles blocked our driveway entrance. When asked by the owner of the house to move out of our yard, they didn't comply. Fortunately for us, they finished the roof by 2 in the afternoon.

If you use this company, my advice is to have the project manager reach out to the neighbors if they must use their yard, a little consideration goes a long way.

Easy to work with. New roof was installed quickly in 1 day. At 0700 an army of workmen descended upon my house. By 5:00 there was absolutely zero trace anyone was ever there. The only evidence being that my dogs couldn't stop sniffing every inch of my yard after they left.

My wife opened the door to your sales person and told him we were not interested. And closed the door. A minute later your second sales person knocked on the door. We did not answer. He would not leave. You have made my wife feel unsafe. The next morning I left a message at your main office and have yet to hear from you?
