But most importantly Jason & Lisa went above and beyond the request and assisted us with saving a major amount of $$$$ to our owner which is always an important goal when managing properties. Mahalo nui loa!

If I could give 1,000 stars I would. I don't even know where to begin. I recently was about to purchase a home in Kauai - another roofing company came out to give a quote after we got the inspection back . Several items were noted in the inspection and we wanted to have this addressed. I had gotten a quote back from this other company and it just didn't make any sense. I compared the roofing quote with the inspection and a lot of things were missed. The quote itself was very unprofessional and I won't even get into the small details it was just a palling how poorly this was done. I decided to take it upon myself and research roofers on the island and I came across Probuilt. After reading the reviews and how the owner even responded to a poor review( which was handled impeccably) I decided to reach out to them. all the contractors on island are incredibly busy, I couldn't even get a call back when calling plumbers, electricians, etc. Lisa was so responsive and incredibly knowledgeable. She worked her magic somehow and was about to get her husband out to check out the roof. Even with his busy schedule. Jason was able to come and conduct a thorough assessment of the roof which aligned with what the inspector said. Lisa and Jason are amazing to work with, they went above and beyond to help me. The responsiveness, follow through , professionalism and workmanship is just incomparable. They are the best on the island. This is a company that you know cares about their work and does the job the right way. They are honest and trustworthy and you can see they take pride in their work, it really shows, and that means a lot- you can tell they stand behind their work and that's the kind of contractor I trust. It's top-notch. I'm beyond thankful for their help. If you want a company that is prompt, easy to work with, highly skilled and professional ; a company who is always available to answer questions and address concerns from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company! Thank you Lisa and Jason!!

Gutters installed in April 2021, basically the same issue/pics as Hawaiigirl. The installers were efficient and tidy. Two stretches of gutters failed... called Lisa B... same type of answer, these two roof areas were not built to accommodate gutters and the wind direction causes problems... The installers came back ... left a tube of caulking (said it would be good for a year with yearly maintenance ) and wished me luck... it is now dripping again, after 5 months!
Ok, I get that not all roofs are the same.... but don't tell me AFTER the work is done that the gutters are not going to work due to the roof singles/no flashing...wind! And not mention the future damage that can be occurring when there is no flashing and water is trapped between the facia board and the gutter. They need to do way better with the initial assessment so that full disclosure is communicated.
I withheld the second half of payment until it was ""resolved"" with a tube of caulking, lol... and you would have thought I was worst ever customer... because payment was two or three weeks after the initial install.
The mind-boggling part is when I text and called Lisa B. last week, for some info on product location that she suggested during our go around. She was slow to respond and rude..."" Home Depot or Amazon,"" ... not even, a check in return call, just a rude text.

We replaced our old leaking vinyl gutters with Pro Built. Lisa helped me make all the decisions along the way and was patient. Communication has been timely and we are happy with our new gutters! We will call Pro built for any roofing needs we may have in the future.

Brand new gutters with significant dripping, company gave excuses, no action. When the truth of the matter, is if they would have recommended removing the drip edge prior to the install there would be no problem with dripping and wet sidewalks and deck- we had gutters installed to protect our decks and sidewalks and they are a mess- these photos were taken with a light morning rain shower- when it rains hard the gutter drips cascade down like a waterfall and our sidewalks and decks are soaked. This company would not come fix their shoddy install because that is considered a ""roofing repair"" which I don't understand, as this was a brand new install on a home that is only 10 years old.

Great service; great product, great people. We had three solar fans installed and it was all done very professionally and there were no gimmicks with the price. Meaning the price was told to us prior to coming to our house. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Jason and the Probuilt Hawaii crew were incredible and I absolutely recommend them for all your roofing needs.
From our first contact until well after the job was finished, Jason was courteous, patient, responsive, clear in his communication, very friendly, and extraordinary in his professionalism and overall execution of the job. He worked with confidence with our insurance agent and made that part of the project so easy and stress free.
His crew was very efficient, friendly, and got the roof done fast and right. Jason came afterwards himself, inspected the job, making sure everything was up to his standards.

We needed our roof replaced after severe wind damage and our insurance recommended Pro Build Hawaii. Jason Berry and his time are first class!!! On time, extremely professional and they did an amazing job replacing our roof! If you want qualified and reliable people give them a call, they are the bestest!!!
