The one star is only due to required to submit a review. This company can sell, that's about it. I was told 7 to 10 days from contract, roof would be done. 60 plus days later -nothing. When I threatened to go to someone else they did it a week later. If you do choose them GET A COPY of contract the minute you sign!!! I didn't and the skylights were no longer on contract when I asked to see it..I can not prove my opinion of shady due to not having a Original copy. Also I was also told they would work with my insurance company. It's been a month and insurance guy still has nothing.. the company office I think screens calls for weeks no one has answered phone. Being a former builder years ago I have seen my fair share of trades that get to busy, but this was all around a bad experience.. The only thing I noticed they do well is cash checks, that's next day or same day.
