I am Quinton Smith, began my journey in roofing in the year 2019, with a well-known contractor. I achieved success by prioritizing homeowner education over revenue, achieving over $100,000 in monthly revenue.

Within a year, I was given the responsibility with improving underperforming branches in the state of Florida and the state of Georgia. I successfully turned them profitable by creating and coaching effective teams, which improved performance.

Just as I was relocating from my rental into my new home, having just closed, I faced disagreements with the leadership of the Georgia regarding improper practices. At that moment, I decided to relist my new home, return to Florida and establish my own roofing business that would emphasize top-notch service, superior materials, and transparency. I launched my first location in Tallahassee in the beginning of 2022, followed by my home city Jacksonville, Florida in November 2024.
