I, Quinton Smith, started my journey in roofing sales in 2019, at a large contractor. I achieved success by prioritizing educating homeowners over profit, resulting in in excess of one hundred thousand dollars in monthly revenue.

After a year, I was entrusted with improving challenged branches in the state of Florida and the state of Georgia. I achieved profitability by creating and coaching capable teams, ultimately improving operations.

While I was transitioning from my rental into my recently purchased home, after closing, I had conflicts with the leadership of the Georgia branch regarding improper practices. In that moment, I chose to sell my new home, return to Florida and launch my own roofing business that would prioritize top-notch service, premium materials, and integrity. I opened my first location in Tallahassee in January of 2022, followed by my home city Jacksonville in November of 2024.
