I, Quinton Smith, started my journey in roofing in the year 2019, with a prominent roofing company. I rapidly advanced by focusing on educating homeowners over revenue, leading to in excess of one hundred thousand dollars in revenue each month.

After a year, I was entrusted with improving challenged branches in Florida and the state of Georgia. I managed to make them profitable by developing and coaching strong teams, which improved performance.

While I was relocating from my rental into my new residence, on the day of closing, I encountered disagreements with the management of the Georgia branch regarding questionable business ethics. In that moment, I chose to relist my new home, move back to Florida and create my own roofing firm that would prioritize outstanding service, premium materials, and integrity. I opened my initial office in Tallahassee in January 2022, and then opened my home city Jacksonville, Florida in November of 2024.
