Mister S.I contacted them for an estimate and without even coming to the property they started the discussion at $15,000. Seems a bit ridiculous to me but hey somebody's probably willing to pay it.
Mary D.Caleb arrived at the appointed time, followed all of the CDC guide lines to protect us and himself against the virus. He reviewed our problem with us and what actions that he was going to take in a very professional manner. Several times he showed us photos of the roof and briefed us on its condition. Once he found the problem area he discussed all the different options to repair the area and the cost. He took photos of the repair work as it was being done and of the completed work. He informed us that he will send these photos to us once he returns to the office. I am looking forward to having them for my files and is a sign of a contractor that really wants to make his clients confident with his work.
