Please take caution and read my experience with Santino Bella before you select this vendor. I will do my best to be honest and stick with the facts to bring transparency to other customers and ensure they do not have to go through what I did.

They showed up on site to fix a small 4x6 lightwell leak, they claimed they could finish the job in 2 hours. They showed up at 1:30pm was not done till 6:30pm and refused to clean after their mess. They spilled tar all over our window sill, frame, and siding; they spilled tar all over our neighbor's roof and gutters. The fact that we had to argue for 20 minutes that he had to clean his mess for him to get paid amazed me, and lacked of quality and attention to detail (see photos of their work). When leaving he promised my wife and I three things. 1.) he will come back and clean the mess and our neighbor's roof 2.) will provide an invoice and service conducted 3.) guaranteed his work for up to 3 months. ""trust me it will not leak""

The following evening it rained, and water started to leak from the ceiling, I called him and provided the video of the leak. He said, the materials needed to dry. I also asked him when he will come to clean up the mess and also to send the invoice. Calls and texts have not been returned. So we're down close to a thousand dollars and our ceiling still leaks water and have to pay for our neighbor's roof to get cleaned.

Take caution before you select his team! This should have been a red flag; photos on Yelp don't have anyone from his team in them, he doesn't have a license number registered with Yelp, and he doesn't have any of his company business information. The reason why I went with him was 1.) his price was cheaper than others 2.) I believe in supporting local small businesses. But this experience has def left a bad taste.
