Kisoo was very quick to respond to my call for help and was able to give a quote on the spot. His team did a great job repairing a major leak I had in my concrete tiled roof. His quote was right in line with what others were quoting for the job however Kisoo offered a 3yr warrantee which I really thought was valuable given our sporadic rainy season.
His team did a great job cleaning up after themselves as well.

We had Kisoo An, Principal at Pro Roofing, work on our roofs (multiple sections at different levels) a few years ago after an extensive remodel. I have rarely, if ever, worked with anyone who could match his honesty, work ethic, communication, responsiveness, and knowledge of his craft.

This Monday morning, after 0.8"" of rain, we discovered a leak over our kitchen window, completely unrelated to any of his previous work. I texted Kisoo and he responded within the hour that he would be here Tuesday morning to look at it. He found the problem within minutes, and took photos to show us. He also checked the rest of the roof for any other issues. He will come to fix it as soon as the roof has dried.

It's always great when you feel good enough about the quality and value of work performed on your house to give a review. Kisoo and his team did a great job replacing our roofing and with a few extra roof repairs. In less than a year we had a leak and Kisoo came out right away to address it. Ends up one of our skylights was the cause of the leak, and not his roofing job, but he still fixed the leak without charging. This guy is top notch!
