Well here's a follow-up to our roof repair. After the heavy rain we noticed that the closet leak appeared again so we texted John and he returned the text in 18 minutes! He came by the next day and discovered that the leak was coming from an area we said don't do. He came back and fixed that leak without compensation! This is a small family business that people should trust and support. I recommend them wholeheartedly and the leak is repaired. If I could give them ten stars I would!

I received about 5 roof estimates, and I have decided to go with Pro Roofing Experts LLC. Here is a quick summary breakdown of what you are probably wondering: Communication: 10/10 (Always responds back to text messages and calls as long as you give him a heads up in a timely manner.); Price 9/10 (Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. It was right in the middle of the pact.); Cleanliness 8/10 (I am not sure if I can fault the crew, but there were times it got very messy. They do clean up before they leave for the day, but there were times debris in certain areas were not cleaned, especially in the bushes and hidden areas.) Overall, this was a great company and experience. I would never hesitate to use them again for another roof job. It is so hard to find great contractors, so I am glad I finally found one.
