Samuel at Pro Roofing was highly professional throughout the lengthy process of reviewing multiple work proposals for replacing our wood shake roof. Samuel inspected the roof and spent the time to answer all of our questions about our options for either repairing or completely replacing the old roof. The pricing for removing the wood shakes and installing the Certainteed Presidential Solaris shingles was very competitive and what we considered fair based on the other estimates that we received. We got on their schedule and it was well worth the two-month wait. Samuel and his crew kept the work on schedule and regularly communicated the status of the project. They also kept the premises clean each day and at the conclusion of the project. We were extremely pleased with the overall quality of the workmanship and look of our new roof and would absolutely recommend that you contact Samuel and Pro Roofing for an estimate if you are planning a roof replacement.

It was difficult getting a quote for a leaky roof, but Samuel made time for it. After getting a couple of quotes, Pro Roofing's seemed more reasonable and I appreciate the effort Samuel took to assess the situation. It seemed other contractors just made quick assumptions on the problem.

Also, I found Pro Roofing to be responsive and punctual. It seems like such a simple thing, but many contractors have difficulties with it.

The real test will come with the next big storm, but so far I give them a 5-star!

Great communication and polite crew.

Our skylight was leaking after big storm. After another contractor ghosting after on-site estimate, I reached out to Pro Roofing for on-site estimate. Great communication through out whole experience and got job quote quickly.

Their price is not cheapest, but communication is very responsive. The crew came up on time and polite. They covered inside work area and kept everything clean. The whole experience was delightful.

I contacted this company because there were water damages to the ceiling of the living room on the 2nd floor and the 1st and 3rd floors of my house. Sam came to my house on the same day and tried to determine the cause of the leak. After examining the roof and other parts of my house thoroughly, he told me that the roof did not seem to be the cause of the leak. He was very kind and I really appreciate his time, service and above all for his honesty. Thank you, Sam.

Phenomenal roofing company. Samuel is very professional and his crew removed and replaced my old roof with a beautiful new roof using Certainteed Landmark Pro Max Def shingles in ""Weathered Wood"" over 3 days. The entire crew was very polite and professional and conscientious throughout the entire process. They cleaned up after all work and left no nails in the driveway or street which was appreciated.

They also handled the city permit and inspection process from start to end and we love our gorgeous new roof, it looks amazing! His pricing wasn't the lowest or highest, but I was most comfortable with this company and made the right choice. Will not hesitate to do business again and will absolutely recommend Pro Roofing to our friends and family.

I had a great experience with Samuel. We had a roof leak and he came out, checked it out, and gave an honest and straightforward assessment of what he thought was going on. It wasn't possible to know for sure without lifting up tiles. I appreciated that he told me as much as he knew and was clear about what we wouldn't know until the work started.

He and his crew came, did the work, cleaned up, and so far it's looking good. He seemed genuinely interested in resolving the leak.

I'll update the review later in the season if it looks like anything went afoul. But so far, so good.

My windows started leaking water during the storm, I sent a request through email and Donaji responded within half hour. Sam came in to check up and found the leaking is from our chimney and gave us a formal written estimate days later. The weather forecasted will have more storms next few weeks, so I send email to them asked Sam if he can do an Emergency cover before the real fix after the weather clear up. Sam showed up with the team in the morning and they fixed the roof in between the light rain. The team did a very good job, very efficient and professional team!

From quote to complete the job, Samuel and his Pro Roofing did an excellent job. Everything got planned and executed very well & on time. Their quote is also reasonable for a high quality and licensed contractor.

I'm delighted that we hired Sam to help us with roofing work. He helped install three skylights, a sun tunnel, and a few vents. Relatively a small job for him, but he worked with us and was very flexible. We had initially planned to get the work done in Summer 2021, but we had to push the date out due to family health issues, and Sam was very understanding.

Sam was great with communication and always showed up on time.
His work was super clean. Before cutting the drywall, he did excellent prep work to contain the dust. Sam completed the job right before the big atmospheric river that hit us in January 2022, and I'm glad to say that we did not experience any leaks, which was my big concern.

Unlike other contractors/specialists, Sam wanted to ensure he had completed 100% of the work before invoicing us. I had forgotten about some work, but Sam knew things were pending and only invoiced once everything was completed.
